Fresh Strawberries matched with a refreshing blonde ale base, low on the hops to be just a little sweet, but not too thin on the body.

Together, we’ve struck it rich with a match made in TexiCali—a delightful marriage of Gold Rush enthusiasm and Texas Tea refinement. The elusive Texas Brown is a bit stronger—and hoppier—than the classic English style, and its origins are as obscure as a cold, dark pint glass full of the malty liquid. Some say it was a fortunate accident—a homebrewed pale ale gone awry with the inclusion of a portion of chocolate malt and take down a dark alley. Others say it was a Californian twist on the original—just a few more West Coast whole cone hops to finish the brew with a kick. Whatever it was, it was love at first sip—these two were meant to be together! Brewed with North American 2-Row and Vienna malts, UK Caramel, Chocolate and Roast malts and a healthy dose of US Crystal hops in the finish, to keep it real.

Wahoo Wheat on its own is a tasty Belgian-style witbier, but this summer's version including Thai chili, lime, and fresh ginger is absolutely out of this world. You can taste each ingredient as you sip: the skin of the pepper, the electricity from the ginger, the thirst-quenching lime, and the creaminess of the wheat. Then all of a sudden they blend back together, leaving just a kick of heat at the back of your throat.

Drawing inspiration from all over the globe, our Thai Style White IPA is an artful combination of uncommon, yet carefully chosen ingredients. Brewed using Belgian Wit yeast, hopped like an American IPA and infused with seven Asian-inspired spices, this beer is far from traditional. The sharp, juicy citrus notes of the hops interplay with the unique Thai spice blend to create an unexpected, one of a kind refreshment.

Thai Thai is a Tripel unlike any other you’ve tried before. With the addition of galangal root, cilantro, coriander, chili pepper and orange peel it is like a complete Thai dish in a glass.

Joe Lemnah of Evolution Brewing brings a taste of Bangkok with this Witbier brewed with kaffir lime leaves, galangal and lime. With Glacier and Hersbrucker hops.

Fully function-ale double rice I.P.A. On the front end, using rice as a fermentable lightens the body of this big beer while allowing an irresponsible amount of high alpha dry hops in secondary fermentation to shine. Finishing with Thai basil in the serving tank gives exotic notes of basil and subtle licorice on the back end
