Berry Sour, which intermingles rich, fruity berry flavors with a dry tartness derived from Lactobacillus. The relatively low ABV embraces these two core components, granting them the prominence they deserve in the liquid. Now we’re Jamming!

In 1978 a blizzard was cast upon Dayton, O bringing the city to a standstill that lasted for weeks. The story has it that a great white Yeti (Abominator), while passing through town, loved what he saw and decided to stay for a bit. While cuddling up to Dayton one night he unwittingly put the city into a deep freeze. It wasn't until weeks later that he figured out he was the reason the city was frozen solid. He knew then, that he had to say goodbye to the friendly town so things could return to normal. But before moving on, he left a small batch of Doppelbock beer behind to say thanks to the people of Dayton. Later, that beer became his namesake. It's said that if not for the warming effects of that hearty lager bestowed on us by The Abominator in that fateful winter of 1978, our city may have remained frozen forever. Thanks A-man. This German style lager is chestnut brown in color with hints of red and aromas that are slightly nutty, bread-like with warming hints of caramel. The malt character, like the aroma is nutty and bready with a mild sweetness throughout the body and finish that is reminiscent of caramel. Finishes clean with a mild malty finish.

To celebrate the 11th anniversary of The Abyss we’ve bottled a 100% Brandy barrel-aged version for you to enjoy. This is a remarkably limited release so if you see it, grab a snifter on tap and a bottle (or two)!

Imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, cherry bark with vanilla added. Aged 12 months in rye whiskey barrels.

The Alexander Cask is a balanced and robust ale made in the English style. Deep malt flavors of caramel and lightly roasted grain are offset by earthy and floral hop flavor and a mild fruitiness from the yeast strain we chose for this beer. The Alexander Cask won a Bronze medal at the 2009 U.S. Open Beer Championship in the English-style IPA category.

Contrary to popular belief, The Americain was born in the spring, not the fall. It was first made to remind us of the rich and amazing flavors we experienced in our friend’s homemade batch of apple butter. Green Cardamom, Coriander, Clove, Cinnamon and Rose Petals create a rich and aromatic character that is luscious and deliciously edible. And why the French name? Well, anything said in French sound sexier, don’t you agree? And while this cider takes its name from the French, it’s cloudy like English Scrumpy and features traditional Persian spices, its taste is truly American; as American as apple pie. The Americain is the perfect easy-drinking cider that's just as enjoyable during the dog days of summer as the chilly nights of Autumn. Cheers!

What do you get when you have a boisterous, hairy, kilt wearing, Scotsman and you give him a croissant and a poodle? Other than a man that will want to crush your skull, you get the Angry Freeballing Frenchman. A 100% peat smoked malt beer that has been fermented with a classic French saison yeast. The result is angry, intense and incredibly mind-altering.
