Our Sweet Tat's Breakfast aged in Jack Daniels oak barrels. This beer takes on huge vanilla and caramel flavors with big coffee notes and hints of dark chocolate.

Our house Amber Ale, Tenpenny Ale balances sweet, caramel malt with a mildly bitter, fragrant hop nose. Underneath those flavors lurks a powerhouse yeast that contributes the classic ale ester profile rather than the too clean flavors in modern beer. Tenpenny Ale is unpasteurized and never filtered, it’s beer the way it was intended to be.

Allagash Brewing Company would like to introduce its Tenth Anniversary Ale, a special beer that celebrates 10 years of brewing artisanal Belgian Style ales. A unique interpretation of our flagship Allagash White, Tenth Anniversary is a blend of two different whites: a sweeter batch (brewed in February, 2005) and a drier batch (brewed in March, 2005). By blending the two batches, an additional complexity is imparted. Further complexity, most notably expressed by the delicate vanilla notes, was gained by aging some of the beer in new oak barrels. Similar to our other ales, Tenth Anniversary is bottle conditioned. Just prior to bottling, a fresh dose of sugar and yeast was added to the ‘still’ beer (at this stage there is no carbonation present). After bottling, the beer was aged in the warm room, where the fresh dose of yeast ferments the sugar, and naturally carbonates the beer. The batch of Tenth Anniversary was bottled in May of ’05 (800 cases, six bottles in each case), and it is the only batch that will be available. Due to the unique brewing process of this special ale, it is important to store the bottle upright and serve it cold. The bottle should be chilled in a refrigerator for 12 hours, or in an ice bucket with water and ice for 30 minutes before serving.

Gose (pronounced Gose-uh) is an old style tart German wheat beer brewed with salt and coriander. Its refreshing, interesting flavor profile and session-able low alcohol content pair well with late summer heat. Named after Tenzing Norgay, the famous Nepalese Sherpa-turned-mountaineer who first summited Mt. Everest, Tenzing's Gose uses Indian coriander and Himalayan pink salt that also hail from the same region.

Each year since it was first brewed in 1998, Devil's Milk has used a different blend of hops to flavor and bitter the beer, making each batch of Devil’s Milk a unique experience. The 2014 vintage of Devil’s Milk epitomizes the American Barleywine. A medium bodied, amber ale with a thin, persistent, off-white head and a complex flavor profile with an assertive hop bill. Mesmerizing citrus flavors and aromas of the palate dominating hop finish and warming alcohol presence. Devil’s Milk is best served in a snifter, both to accommodate its alcohol content and allow the complex flavors inherent in the beer to emerge as it warms in the glass. Inspired by the Hispanic culture of San Francisco's Mission District, this robust American Stout is aged in used tequila barrels. During the beer's slumber in the barrel, the toasted oak breathes in the beer – slowly absorbing and releasing, infusing the ale with delicious oaky character and hints of smoke and spice from its former life holding agave. Pair with a Misson-style Super Burrito.

his small-batch barrel-aged beauty starts with our spring seasonal, Ophelia Hoppy Wheat Ale. We let her bathe in fresh tequila barrels for 11 weeks so that she could redefine herself as something entirely new. You'll be amazed at the outcome. Pour this beer into a glass that will showcase its aroma, and you can't miss scents of mezcal, oak, and tropical fruit. The barrels naturally mask some of the beer's original hoppiness, but just a bit. This actually brings out the subtle sweetness of the malts. A peppery flavor and crisp mouthfeel still remain, however, followed by mellow tequila flavor.

This beer was designed to honour the co-founder "Armand DESPLENTER" of castle brewery De Dool. Thanks to his roots in the brewery world De Dool was founded. The beautiful beer therefore bears his name“ARMAND" TER DOLEN is a particularly refreshing beer. Its very fruity aroma is the result of the dry-hopping with the American type of hop Cascade. At the first sniff of the aromas of this beer you recognize a beautiful fruity bouquet of citrus and grapefruit. While tasting the beer you will recognize this fruitiness of the hop and discover a particularly pleasant hop aftertaste without an exaggerated bitterness.The beer was deeply fermented so that it results in a digestible and thirst-quenching drink. In order to preserve as many hop aromas as possible the beer has not been filtered. So it can be served as a nice slightly cloudy beer with a bright white head in a matching beer glass.

This unfiltered top-fermented beer with an alcohol volume of 4.5% to which fresh cherry juice is added, is made from one type of wheat and malt and two kinds of hops with addition of spices like coriander and orange peel. It is a sweet fruit beer with a lemon flavor without denying the real beer taste.
