Citrus is the name of the game with this effervescent American Wheat beer. We add 2 lbs of blood orange peels into every batch for a refreshing blast of orange character. You can’t go wrong with one of these in the hot North Carolina Summer.

The Fitch Cask is a very approachable pint and the lightest of our year-round brews. Imported Pilsner malt and a blend of lightly roasted grains provide a fresh malt flavor and the hops provide spicy flavors and a mild citrus note. The yeast strain we chose for this ale contributes light fruitiness and a clean and refreshing finish. The Fitch Cask won a Silver medal at the 2010 U.S. Open Beer Championship in the Blonde / Golden Ale Category.

After a day spent wandering the cool, dark corridors between our stacks of beer resting within barrels, the notion for The FlandersGiant was born. Constructed by blending select barrels of our most baroque beer, The Flanders Giant takes what our team loves best about tart, Flemish beers and boozy American-style barrel aged ales. Notes of leather, black plums, and tart cherries are accented by sturdy, American oak & whiskey. It’s Flanders beauty matched with American drama.

Its name originates from when sometimes in brewing you just have to use your gut, or The Force, to know what ingredient and how much of it to use. Dominated by a fruit and pepper Belgian yeast aroma and flavor, it's 8.8 % abv originates from a big pilsner malt backbone and Belgian Candy Sugar.

A West-Coast Double IPA with a light malt character and a ton of hops including Magnum, Chinook, Centennial, Citra and Nelson Sauvin.

Optimism is great and all, but sometimes in order to open and operate a brewery in Lemont, you need to go “The Full Lemonty.” A crisp and clean golden ale brewed with white wheat, Belgian aromatic malts, and a blend of American hops leaving a delicate bitterness to balance the subtle, underlying sweetness. Inspired by: Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Hound of the Baskervilles British malts and Sherlock Holmes were our inspiration for this brew. With an imagination fueled by the complexity of the characters and settings crafted by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, we pictured ourselves sitting in the drawing room of a vast estate upon the moors; sipping a Wee Heavy while in the distance, a diabolical hound howls in the night. This beer is best enjoyed fireside... perhaps while wearing your deerstalker hat and finest Persian slippers. Malt: Maris Otter, Pale, Aromatic, Crystal 40, Carafa III Hops: East Kent Goldings, Warrior Brewery Notes: Wee Heavy is one of our Brewer's favorite styles with its complex malt character, it's easy drinking style and its high alcohol. So when it was suggested to combine those characteristics with he luxurious flavor of salted caramel - we couldn't resit. An extended boil, the finest British malts and salty sweet caramel are the detectives in this story. Try it yourself and see what the mystery is all about!

A German-style Hellerbock with a few twists, The Gift is Starr Hill’s holiday offering. The beautiful golden color only hints at the fire inside. Made with two-row and Munich malts and balanced with German noble hops, The Gift is the perfect accompaniment to any holiday event or festivity.

The Gleaner is a classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale given a West Coast twist with the addition of locally gleaned California sagebrush. Originally released in celebration of Societe’s second anniversary, it uses local flora to add extra vibrance that dovetails nicely with the beer’s hop-bill.

Collected straight from the chocolate river of Wonka-land this dark, chocolately porter has a touch of sweetness to help balance the distinct malt backbone and subtle roast character. The Golden Ticket is an indulging libation for all to enjoy and don’t worry no Oompa-Loompas were hurt in the brewing of this beer!

The Gourdfather is a pumpkin barleywine you can’t refuse, mellowing with age but still reminding you who’s boss. A veritable pushcart of malt bill brings pale, Munich, Cara-hell, Cara-vienne, C-15 crystal and pumpkin seeds up against a rival neighborhood armed with Magnum hops. At 23.4 Plato starting gravity and 11.2% alcohol it’ll keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
