Brewed in the American style of a Pale Ale, with an added rye complexity, this beer exhibits an amazing hop aroma featuring both Centennial and Amarillo hops. Bright and citrusy, yet perfectly balanced, this classic pale ale will definitely keep you in the saddle for any adventure!

The Low End is our newest farmhouse ale! Made with the same cultures we use for Saison and East Bank, The Low End is a 4.5% ABV hoppy farmhouse ale. We use a huge amount of Colorado Cascade hops for both first wort and whirlpool additions. The result is a very tart citrusy beer. We’re excited to add it to our line!

Aromas of crisp apples and lilacs followed by a sweet, characteristically Belgian flavor. Spicy hop finish.

The Lutz West Coast IPA has a prominent to intense hop aroma with a citrusy, floral, perfume-like, resinous, piney, and/or fruity character derived from American hops. It pours with a medium reddish copper color.

Pours a shimmering gold with a frothy white Cumulus head. The mouth is crisp, dry and refreshingly effervescent, light to medium body with a dreamy well balanced honey complexity. Low, low IBU's and only 6.5% ABV leaves our Golden Ale with a drinkability of 100% pleasure.

Enigmatic, genius, insane? The Mad King is all of these and more. Based on a weizenbock, this dark wheat beer goes the extra mile, fermentationally speaking. Inspired by the misunderstood king’s passion to build fairytale castles, obsessions about swans, and other whims, we too have been called mad for following our passions. Sit back and enjoy this regal beer, just be careful, you may want to chase down a dream or two after a glass.

The Magic Spanner: The situation where a mechanic in a support vehicle will appear to be making adjustments to the bike but in reality they are giving fatigued riders a break by holding onto the car and getting a massive push-off when the commissaries get too close. Malts = Acidulated, Golden Promise. Hops = Cascade, Citra, Cluster.

Scottish Strong w/ Coffee & Banana

A dark, complex Belgian Dark Strong Ale, featuring Belgian candi syrup, Belgian specialty malts, and fermented with Belgian Ardennes yeast.

A collaboration that was formulated and brewed with our good friends of the Big O and Dukes (BOAD) show. Brewed with imported German Pils, Munich and Carafoam malts with kettle hop additions of the American varietals Mosaic and Centennial sourced from the Pacific Northwest. Dry hop additions of the same hops are added post fermentation to brighten the hop flavor and aroma providing fruity, earthy flavors that jump out in the aroma, makes for a truly euphoric BOAD experience!

Brewed specially for our New Year's Eve celebration, Belgian pilsner malt and German noble hops are featured in this strong pale abbey-style ale. Traditional Trappist yeast contributes mild banana and spice flavors,

The 2nd beer in our series of fine McClelland Scotch-Irish Ales; this malty Wee Heavy brew went through a long boil in the kettle to allow the wort to caramelize. The end result is a deep copper to brown colored brew, with a malty caramel and roasted malt flavor that is a bit sweeter, fuller-bodied, and has a higher ABV than Scottish Ales (See our "Scotch'dale - Scottish Ale"). It's so good, we decided to call it by our last name... "The McClelland"! Try the original Scotch Ale from the old country.

Nutty, malty and dark in color, this porter is a bit more bitter in flavor. Upper Peninsula Craft Culture Yeast LLC harvested from Lake Superior gives it a clean finish.

The men who stare at oats is a seasonal favourite at Kilannan. Our oatmeal stout is brewed with flaked oats that add a beautiful creaminess to the body and helps support the roasted malt character.

A new school testament to the tradition of brewing beer with grapes. It is a blend of 25% Santa Lucia highland Riesling from Mer Soleil Vineyard and 75% Pilsner from Cismontane. This beer is brewed entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops. Soured with Lactobacillus to enhance the natural grape acidity and fermented with a blend of wine and beer yeast. This process highlights the flavors that beer and wine have in common. The collaboration beer made by longtime friends Charlie Wagner and Evan Weinberg.

A Bottle Revolution Collaboration min-i-din-go: The rarest of all wild-dog breeds. Canny. Elusive. Fearful of nothing. Total in captivity: 1 Total bottles brewed: Not nearly enough! When the leaves fall, there’s a chill in the air and the evening greedily takes hours from daylight, we stand strong and embrace the wintertime. It’s a time of rich foods, roaring fires and our favorite sweaters. Drinks change from refreshing to intense and satisfying. The Mitten is a Winter cider, a blend of last seasons best, aged in bourbon barrels, with the new season’s fresh pressed apple juice. Straight cider, aged for 3 seasons, finds notes of vanilla, caramel and charred American oak, balanced with the best of the orchard, over-ripe apples and their sweet, tart, earthy juice. Many barrels are filled, but only a small portion, the very smoothest, will find their way into The Mitten. We love wintertime, especially when we have The Mitten to keep us warm and happy through the long, cold night.

This A rich full bodied lager has deep copper and brown appearance. Its assortment of malt flavors is followed by just enough hops for a sweet and floral spring delight.

The aptly named Mountain is a Russian Imperial Stout. Dark and forboding, notes of burnt caramel, oak, charcoal, and cream, mingle well with a deep, intense maltiness. A huge stout, yet it remains balanced and one sip begs another chance to explore the complexities.
