A classic ale blended with a modern touch. We combine passion fruit and guava in a light bodied cream ale. Notes of tropical fruit make this a perfect beer to be enjoyed in the sun.

A fresh take on our much lauded Brewers Reserve Double IPA, this beer has the addition of real blood orange and mango. Prepare for a citrus explosion on the nose and the palate with a small helping of dank. This IPA is big and in your face, but in a pleasant sort of way. With the addition of fruit, the citrus gets taken to the next level from start to finish. You may not be used to associating the word "refreshing" with a Double IPA. Well, here you go. Cheers!

Our take on a Juicy IPA with s ton of tropical hops and a light easy drinking style

It's getting pretty cold up here in Northern, AZ. So we decided to add a little heat to our beer. We had locally grown peppers smoked by our friends at Satchmo's BBQ right here in Flagstaff. Then we acquired fresh organic mangos and blended them together to produce this beverage with hints of smokiness, subtle mango sweetness and just the right amount of heat. Enjoy!

Our “Tropical Blonde” with a kick; the key lime tropical flavor infused with habanero chili heat. More than a subtle spice, a flavorful burn. On it’s own or in a blend (try the Razz or Arctic Blast) to tone down the heat. Consume at your own risk.

Just like the Bazaar Beliner we put this portion of our Berliner Weisse on a crazy combination of fruits. This one is aBanana, Peach, Passion Fruit, Mango, and Lime concotion. It won’t quite have the fun color of the other one, but we think the exotic flavors will fit nicely in the summer heat.

Mango Chili IPA

A tropical resinous bomb! Pours a rich, frothy head, and is deep amber in color, with tropical aromas that showcase guava, passion fruit and papaya notes, and a moderate sweetness in harmony with resinous tones. Well balanced and elegant! Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Pilsner and Munich, Castle Caramel and Biscuit malts, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Summit hops, and our proprietary English yeast strain.

Our new Belgian-style Tripel ale made with a complex blend of malts and 100% real sugar. Pilsner-like in body and appearance, with layers of crisp malt, candy, and a balanced hop finish. This Belgian-style ale was aged in Apple Brandy, Bourbon, and Rye Whiskey barrels and then blended together. The sharpness of the Belgian yeast we used is smoothed out greatly by the time spent in barrels.

TropiCali Dank is a very flavorful hop forward IPA with big tropical flavors and aroma. The three hops used are Mosaic, Melon, and Eureka, which give TropiCali its tropical dankness. The aroma is heavy with grapefruit and melon, which pairs nicely with the dank pine notes from Eureka and a hint of mint. Just as the name implies, TropiCali delivers big tropical and dank flavor, with notes of sticky hops and the perfect amount of malt to balance it out. The finish is dry, leaving your tongue with a hoppy resinous lingering of strawberry, stone fruit, and citrus.

Tropicana Ale is a Weissen with a real fruity flavor. Steve made this special for the Margarita Festival!

Bock-style ales were adapted by Munich brewers from a 14th century recipe from the town of “Einbeck” and traditionally feature a toasted malt flavor, low hop bitterness and a dry, lager-like finish. Brewed to highlight flavors and aromas from specialty malts and toasted French oak, Alaskan’s Troppelbock is a much bigger, complex, and slightly sweeter take on the classic Doppelbock style. Alaskan Troppelbock is a tawny, copper-colored ale with thick, ivory lacing. Toasty, biscuit, and caramel malt notes dominate the aroma but do not overwhelm the delicate undertones of freshly hewn oak and pecan pie-like nuttiness. The flavor is similarly complex; a huge, toasted malt profile melds with subtle fig, dark fruit, milk chocolate, and vanilla notes. The mouthfeel is warming, soft, and full, with moderately low carbonation and a slightly dry finish.
