A collaboration beer with the benevolent street artist Trizm, this beer gets its tartness from sour mashing, a unique citrus character from a 100% Brettanomyces fermentation and a fruit flavor from boysenberry.

One of our staples, Trokken is German for “dry”. This is the epitome of a a traditional German cider. Light and crisp, this cider is easy to drink: the perfect beverage for sharing with a pal.

The seventh release in our limited Legendary Series is inspired by a ridiculously bizarre tale involving a princess who falls in love with a boy, only to be denied by a greedy troll demanding a toll for the boy’s soul. Action, romance, sweet karate moves, and some over-the-top production ensues, but to no avail as the princess eventually loses interest. This bitter, twisted tale influenced our hoppiest brew to date, a West Coast-style Double IPA with seven varieties of hops, including Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra. It should appease even the most offensive trolls. It could very well make you a master of karate, too.

The beer, designed once again by IRON MAIDEN vocalist and ale aficionado Bruce Dickinson along with Robinsons’ Head Brewer Martyn Weeks, takes its inspiration from a very early Robinsons recipe which was first brewed in the 1850’s; a time when porter style beer was becoming increasingly popular in Britain. Bruce Dickinson explains: “I like tasting outside the box. Stouts and porters were virgin territory for me so I just went by feel. Martyn and I hope we have created a new take on a classic beer and one which I hope will tickle the taste buds of ale fans in a pleasantly unexpected way.” At 6.8% in bottle or 5.8% ABV in cask, TROOPER Red ‘N’ Black is the strongest beer in the range to date.

Trophy is a hop forward American Pale Ale that is single hopped and dry hopped with Galaxy. This hop brings tremendous characteristics of citrus, peach, and passion fruit flavors and aromas. The crisp malt background has enough body to support the hop flavor and aroma to bring you a crisp, clean, traditional pale ale.

Light and approachable this beauty shows off a hint of Simcoe and a clean finish.

The focus of this IPA is on the intense tropical and citrus notes of some of the new hop strains available to today’s brewers. Topaz, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra feature in this highly hopped beer. A small amount of wheat and a small amount of Crystal malt rounds out this IPA.

Tropic Sunrise is our second Tropic-collabo with Dugges Bryggeri. We brewed this sour ale with lactobacillus and let it ferment with mango, pineapple and raspberry. Pinkish hue, rosy glow!

Complex Belgian yeast character set against a clean malt profile. Spelt Malt and Spalt hops. Dry hopped with a Tropical Green Tea

Aromas of floral citrus and mango dominate this release. While the flavor leads with a burst of bright papaya, pineapple and tangerine, and finishes with hints of spice from the hops and a clean, sweet malt undertone.
