Triplet makes a grand entrance. Announced by the crisp fragrance of Belma hops, it swans in with pure pilsen malts gleaming like sun-bleached straw, parading a violet flourish of blueberries, blackberries and succulent saskatoons. Our three favourite fruits.

Named for our three-legged brewery dog, Tripod is a Belgian-style tripel aged in oak-barrels.

Bringing together what we both do best, New Belgium and Elysian's brewmasters create a Belgian-inspired India Pale Ale. Hop-forward with a Belgian strong yeast, this Trippel IPA opens with citrus and floral tones from generous hopping, then gives way to soft peachy notes implied by the yeast. What's this Trip about? An artisanal collaboration, New Belgium and Elysian are brewing limited small batches together. We've described this new adventure as The Trip, and each beer we release will fall under this brand. By joining, we have the ability to increase efficiency, encourage creative experimentation, and take a bold step into the future of American craft brewing.

Flavors of leather, fig, raisin, and a sweet finish from 33% wheat malt co-mingle with warm alcohol and noble hops for a truly unique beer experience! Also available barrel aged.

Tripper Noche, a unique collaboration with Jose Cuervo. Tripper Noche takes New Holland Imperial Stout, and ages it in Jose Cuervo tequila barrels, adding a smooth sweetness to the finish.

Brewed to celebrate our third orbit around the sun, we're charting tarter territory with Trips. This sour ale features the addition (during fermentation) of sour cherries and currants for a maelstrom of fruit and sour power. Trips is neon pink, sour, and hypnotic.

Triptonic is a Belgian-Style Tripel in which creamy banana character is balanced with smooth caramel sweetness.

Our Triptych series of beers feature three different hops that we blend to create a new picture. This batch showcases Calypso, Galaxy and Bravo. Fruit flavours abound, ranging from humble orchard-dwelling apples and pears to the more exotic passion fruit, Citrus and spicy zests are companions on the finish.

Fruity, floral and peppery aroma. Amplified “noble” type character. Moderately hoppy taste with great spicy notes. This hop plays really well with our house yeast.
