Universal Friend is a Saison made with grape must. The first variation features Pinot Grigio. Future varieties may include Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Universal Friend is brewed with our house Saison yeast, and has an elevated fruit and wine note from the grape must. Universal Friend is light, crisp, and refreshing. The nose is clove, grape, citrus, and a little sweetness that all carry into the flavor.

June release. An Imperial Kolsch brewed with a generous late addition of Hallertau hops.

This lively Belgian blond ale is accented by notes of lightly toasted malt and graham crackers. Brewed with imported German and Belgian malts, this beer is finished out with German hops. Floral and fruity aromas round out this refreshingly dry Belgian ale.

Oatmeal Belgian Milk Chocolate Stout.

The biggest and baddest IPA we've ever made, but with the satisfying drinkability of a Revolution beer. It may look and feel like a sessionable beer, but it ain't. Six hop varieties including tons of Galaxy infuse this giant IPA with flavors and aromas of pine, passion fruit, and citrus rind. With a surprisingly dry and crisp finish, this is the most drinkable imperial IPA you'll likely ever have. Drink it fresh.

Meaning to be “under hopped”, as to not having enough beer in one’s system (urban dictionary.com will back me up on this). This German inspired double I.P.A. is loaded with noble hops like Hallertau and Tettnang for an old world twist on the 21st century fascination

Named after the legendary Bureau of Prohibition agent Eliot Ness, Untouchable is a no-holds-barred, ruthless Nelson IPA. Untouchable pours a vibrant copper, with aromas of fresh pine and caramel malt. With intense notes of grapefruit and perfectly crisp sauvignon blanc grapes, this IPA is mouthwateringly juicy with a clean, refreshing finish. Armed with a heavy dose of Nelson Sauvin & Centennial hops, this IPA is simply Untouchable.

Our Russian Imperial Stout infused with Espresso Republic coffee. Smooth and rich, the coffee accents and rounds out the roasty, chocoloate flavors of the stout.

And so the story goes… Late one dark, stormy night, FSB Brewmaster Darren Link’s mash paddle broke as he stirred the mash for this big beer. For a few brief moments, Darren found himself “Up Fifth Creek” without a paddle. But ever prepared for any situation, our Brewmaster quickly grabbed his back-up paddle and forged ahead to brew one amazing new beer. Up Fifth Creek is a big beer with a bold taste brewed to celebrate FSB’s third anniversary. At 9% ABV, it’s a sipper, and just like any good Barleywine, this strong ale has layered complexities that deserve to be discovered and savored. Up Fifth Creek Wheat Wine…a worthy brew dedicated to the amazing member-owners who recognized a world of possibility in our brewpub. Happy anniversary!

Sixpoint intern Mike Descarfino masterminded this smoky, roasty, chocolaty Smoked Porter, which has a dry finish with Chinook and Willamette hops, plus toasted Cascade whole-cone hops for the nose.

Inspired by the farmhouse traditions of Belgium and France, our big bold saison is surprisingly light and approachable. We give the yeast full reign to work its magic in this beer. You’ll pick up on pepper, stone fruit and floral notes. Up on the Sun is your first sip of the astronomical Spring. Continue the tradition!

Belgian Golden Ale with a medium body and smooth finish. High fermentation temperature produced a lot of esters in this ale, which results in fruity flavors from the yeast.

This is our Big IPA that is a smooth, crisp and clean as a mountain lake but bold like a waterfall
