This mouth-watering stout is brewed with organic, fair-trade, shade-grown coffee beans from Asheville Coffee Roasters. The aroma of fresh coffee leaps from the glass of this sought after seasonal!

Designed using pale, munich, crystal and carafa roasted malt. a filtered beer with brilliant clarity, dark brown in color with ruby and garnet highlights. it has a strong malt backbone with hints of coffee, chocolate and cocoa that balance the use of falconer’s flight hops, giving rise to citrus, pine and vanilla flavors and aromas. the combination of dark malt and hops with lager yeast delivering a crisp, clean dark beer.

This is our interpretation of what a new world craft lager should be, approachable, sessionable, balanced and flavoursome. this beer is filtered for smooth and refreshing crispness with medum carbonation. the 100% malted grain profile is a combination of pilsner, carapils and light munich, whilst the hop bill includes the noble german hop tettnang, australian helga and nz pacifica. the sweet malt characters are balanced by the earthy spice and fresh citrus kick and floral notes derived from the hops.

Ale brewed with Valencia Oranges and Orange Blossom Honey. Valencia Gold is an aromatic Belgian-style ale that celebrates the vibrant and pioneering history of San Francisco’s sunny Mission District. This imperial ale is brewed with fragrant orange blossom honey and fresh Valencia Oranges from California’s Central Valley and dry-hopped with tangerine-scented Mandarina Bavaria hops. Pour this pure California sunshine into your favorite tulip glass and enjoy with fresh Dungeness Crab or winter citrus salads. ¡Salud!

Pale straw color and highly carbonated. Retro style ale, light and crisp with faint malt notes.

A Belgian Quadrupel brewed in 2008 by our brewer Richard Heidemann on the occasion of his birthday. Won the championship in hand brew 2007 in the category of strong Belgian.

Very crisp and clean. Brewing with orange blossom honey gives this beer a great citrus aroma and cleansing finish. Dry and only slight chill haze. Unfiltered and unadulterated.

Valley Berry Wheat is a fruit beer produced using pure fruit extracts of Raspberry, Wildberry, Cherry and Blueberry. The beer has a wonderful fruity nose and a smooth clean finish.

Apricot Ale is a fruit beer produced using 100% Apricot fruit extract. The beer has a hint of Apricot in the nose and a sweet clean and refreshing finish.

Valley Trail Chestnut Ale is a true reflection of the fall season. The roasted chestnuts impart a unique, bold nutty character with vanilla notes. Meanwhile, the blend of robust caramel and crystal malts give the brew a deep brown amber hue. Valley Trail Chestnut Ale will be available at local liquor stores in bottles and on tap at the Whistler brewery, and at local bars and restaurants throughout Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton and the Lower Mainland. Drink it while you can as this small batch, limited release brew will only be around for the fall season.

This lager has an amber color and upfront malt sweetness balanced by the earthy bitterness of Northern Brewer hops.

Changed name to Undead Party Crasher

This strong dark Belgian ale brings the muscles from Brussels! A huge malty backbone is balanced with generous amounts of American and Noble hops. Brewed with 75 lbs of Candy Sugar and fermented with our house Saison yeast, the complex sweet and earthy flavors finish with a lingering hop bitterness.

A traditionally crafted Belgian Dark Strong Ale with notes of plum, raisin, and figs. The deep and complex malt backbone starts sweet and finishes clean and dry. Enjoy the finest in Belgian martial artistry.

Van de Velde Belgo-American Pale Ale blends the subtly spicy and fruity flavors of Belgian yeast with a smooth, slightly sweet malt character. Add in the bold, bitter profile of American hops and you've got a complex, ambitious but still approachable brew - not unlike the early Belgian-Chicagoans of Logan Square who inspired its name.
