Our Brewmasters' Release - The three different red and dark wheat malts give this beer an intense red color that runs as deep as the flavor. The toasted grain flavors blend perfectly with the subtle spiciness of the hops just as the entirety fades to a smooth quick finish. 2007 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal Award Winner.

Our Brewmasters' Release - Pitch Black IPA is a Pacific Northwest twisted tribute to an IPA style of beer. It is almost a traditional IPA but it is instead brewed to the emerging style of Cascadian Dark. We add a modest amount of a specially made debittered black malt to give this IPA a very dark color but without the characteristic dark malt flavors. Pitch Black IPA is hopped generously in the brewhouse and then again later during the dry hopping process. Hopheads of the world will certainly enjoy this dark version of IPA, as will beer drinkers looking for something new and experimental to fill their pint glass.

Inspired by the classic french farmhouse ale, our interpretation of the saison style gets its dark color and deep ruby hue from a hint of caramel and dark chocolate malts. While the beer is darker than many examples of the style, the citrus spice of saaz hops provides a perfect balance of complex fruity esters with earthy and spicy notes. Dark saison finishes slightly tart with a drying, clean, and pepper-like finish.

Our American-style IPA is packed with Summit and Columbus hops and finished with Cascades, including dry hops in the fermenter. It has an intense bitter character, nice grapefruit aroma andserved unfiltered to bring out all that hoppy goodness.

Wabash is derived from the Miama Native American word Waapaahsiiki which means it shines white or water over white stones. A fitting name for our lightest offering. However don't underestimate this beer as it is well balanced from start to finish and a great introduction to the world of craft beer!

A Belgian-style dark ale. Holiday spices and fruity Belgian yeast accentuate a malt profile of raisin, dark caramel, and toasted sugar.

No story of how the west was won is complete without a tale about The Wagon Box Fight that took place 15 miles from Sheridan outside Fort Phil Kearny, and no Brewery located in the heart of the West would be complete without a great Wheat Beer. This ale has hints of tropical fruit, and citrus flavors along with subtle yeast flavors and aroma.
