Russian Imperial Stout

This heavyweight battle between fresh, Yakima Valley hops and dark, roasted malts is resolved harmoniously as the flavors merge to deliver complex satisfaction with a warming edge. The Yakima Valley is known worldwide as a premier apple growing region and a prominent source of hops. We have chosen a select blend of traditional and exotic hops to marry with our cider. This blend of hops produces an aroma of fruit-forward nuttiness followed by a citrusy palate.

Our Yakima Wheat Ale is a refreshing, hoppy wheat beer showcasing hops from Yakima Valley in Washington State. U.S. Challenger hops are used in the kettle, as well as in the dry hopping process, to create a mild toffee-like sweetness to the beer. The hop also lends a spiciness, similar to black pepper and juniper flavors. The balance between hops and the wheat and malt flavors creates a brew which finishes clean on the palate with a hearty hop bite.

We get a lot of requests for a “LIGHT BEER.” Well, Bob’s your uncle! This traditional ale has low bitterness and a biscuity malt character—gold in color with haziness from the oat malt, which comprises more than half the grains used.

Brewed with U.S. barley. This bright golden beer has a mild malty character, with a crisp clean finish.

Being a team of peanut butter lovers, we thought it would be fun to make a peanut butter stout for the winter months. We have sourced top quality peanuts for a beer that will coat your mouth in chocolate peanut butter cup heaven! The rich dark malts, cacao nibs, oats and lactose add to the big creamy body of the beer whilst the salty-sweet combo of chocolate and peanuts gets us salivating. Yankee Sandwich makes a fantastic ice cream float, so drop a spoonful of your favourite ice cream into your glass for a real treat!

English inspired barley wine with generous malt tones of biscuits, toffee, and toast. Semisweet in finish, some hints of red apple and pear from the English yeast, then we applied Palo Santo wood, noticed most in the aroma.
