An East Coast-style India Pale Ale that weaves intense hop bitterness and aroma throughout a blanket of malt background. This beer may change slightly from batch to batch as we explore the various interpretations of the style.

So stood President John F. Kennedy at the steps of the Rathaus Schöneberg, preparing to deliver what would become his iconic speech in front of 450,000 free citizens of West Berlin. “Today, in the world of freedom, the proudest boast is Ich bin ein Berliner!” A half-century later, our country embroiled in bitter political debate over the most trivial of ideals, we present this Berliner Weisse as a tribute to the world of Freedom and an olive branch of collaboration to all those who can’t seem to get along. For those who wish to drink it, “Lasst sie nach San Antonio kommen!” Let them come to San Antonio! Pale straw in color, deliciously tart and refreshing—this modern version of a centuries-old classic is the perfect, thirst quenching match for San Antonio’s sweltering summer heat. Brewed with Pils and Wheat malts, a single hop, Lactobacillus and good old Saccharomyces cervisiae. Prost, y’all!

Tampa is a long way from our home base in Chico, but the guys down yonder in Florida sure can brew a great beer. Our friends at Cigar City find inspiration in the Cuban roots of their hometown, and that Latin-inspired flair is evident in Yonder Bock. This tropical take on the Maibock adds a Latin island flair to this traditional German style beer. Enamored with the Latin roots of their Tampa home, Cigar City always tries to channel a bit of local history into their beers, e.g. the Humidor Series whose beers age on Spanish cedar as an homage to Tampa’s cigar making roots. Only five years old, this brewery deserves the fast praise that’s come its way.

Single hop pale ale series #6. Grapefruit, mango, juicy fruit.

A northern adaptation designed for sessionability, Yooper is a light, bright, toasted oat ale. Brewed with grain and hops sourced from right here in the U.P., it is balanced and silky. The juiciest of hop varieties allows bright, punchy and fresh citrus aromas to come through for a clean and accessible nod to our Michigan roots.

A golden bitter with a good balance of malty and refreshing citrus notes leading to a mellow tangy finish. As soon as you can, just after pouring it into your glass, smell the fragrance of aroma rising to the surface.

Some of the oak casks at Samuel Smith’s date back more than a century with the individual oak staves being replaced by the Old Brewery coopers over the years. Gradually the casks soak in more & more of the character of the ale fermented in stone Yorkshire squares. Yorkshire Stingo is aged for at least a year, matured in these well-used oak casks in the brewery’s underground cellars deriving fruit, raisin, treacle toffee, Christmas pudding and slight oaky flavours, before being further naturally conditioned in bottle.

A traditional American IPA, Yotus has a complex but well structured hop profile from it’s blend of Columbus, Cascade, German Magnum, Chinook, Mosaic and Pacific Gem hops. Crisp, dry and full of hop flavor.
