Zee German Pils is our authentic recreation of zee pale lagers of Deutschland. Pour zee bier and watch as zee bubbles cascade towards zee top to develop a puffy white head. Like a true Pils, this bier is straw-gold in color, light bodied yet full of floral and spicy hop flavors that are zee signature characteristic for this style. Prost!

Zeitgeist encapsulates our view of contemporary society, yet simultaneously endeavours to improve it. There is too much conformity. Not enough thought, not enough individualism, not enough alternatives. Our military line ups represent conformity to a higher authority, be it political, brand, celebrity, religion or trend. The subjects in our dystopian landscape further seek to repress their identity through uniforms and masks. Yet underneath their body shapes reveal cracks of personality and individualism. Zeitgeist is about identity, non-conformity and idiosyncrasy. It is a collective, an idea, a movement. It is about giving up ownership of itself to those who care enough to listen.

Brewed with hand-ground coriander, sweet orange peel, and carefully augmented by bold Cascade hops, Zephyr still manages to present a complex malty body that compliments all of its accents. Refreshing, hoppy, and perfect for Texas.

A unique offering from our assistant brewmaster, it is a Belgian style wit brewed with sweet orange peel and coriander. The twist on this well-rounded IPA involves a huge helping of hops, including a dry hop with Bravo, which is normally a bittering hop.

5 Stones Craft Brewing Company celebrates our excitement and hard work to even get to the starting line of opening a brewery. This ale is similar to a Belgian-style Farmhouse Saison with our unique additions. We use imported Pilsner, Aromatic, Wheat, and Acidulated malts along with local Texas honey and Tettnang hops to give a fruity, spicy, and flowery complexity to this ale. Two Belgian yeast strains contribute aroma, flavor, and a dry finish.

This Gose features key lime and 2.5 lbs of salt, but don't let that scare you. The salt is delicate on the palate and taste more like a margarita. A collaboration by Blank Slate with Luke Shropshire.

An IPA made with barley, wheat,oats and Michigan-grown Zeus hops. Very well balanced with a bready maltiness and a herbal hop flavor.
