In summer, Belgians head to the nearest beach, while Texans typically race towards the nearest source of shade. That's because the European sun is far friendlier than the fiery ball glowing over the Lone Star State. Combat the heat with our Zomer Pils. Brewed with Belgian pilsner malt and dry hopped with a combo of Lemondrop and noble hops, this traditional pilsner is light, crisp, and refreshing with a citrusy zing. Introduced on Memorial Weekend, 1998, and only available in the summer, Zommerfest is brewed in a 'Kölsch' style, which originates from Cologne, Germany. Its characteristics are fairly light—in color and in flavor. It is a pale gold color, low in hop flavor and aroma, with a light body and a somewhat dry finish. This is a pleasant, light-flavored beverage that goes well with any summer activity.

Fresh pine and citrus hop aromas can be expected thanks to a blend of our favourite Australian and American hops. We took a classic English style IPA and made it stronger and bolder “American Style” by beefing up the malt bill and just adding some more hops to it.
