O’Doul’s has a mild, sweet taste with a slightly dry finish. O’Doul’s Amber has a rich, slightly sweet taste with flavorful hop finish. O’Doul’s and O’Doul’s Amber are brewed as traditional premium beers – fermented and aged to full maturity. The alcohol is then removed through the use of low temperature, low-pressure distillation. This extremely gentle process allows the alcohol to be removed without heating or cooking the beer, which retains the full, rich and delicate flavor and balance of our non-alcohol brews.

Like a fine port, Old Stock Ale is intended to be laid down. With an original gravity of over 1.100 and a generous hopping rate, Old Stock Ale is well-designed to round out and mellow with age. It’s brewed with classic Maris Otter malt and Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, all imported from England.

We took our biggest, most beast-like IPA and christened it Oswald after a man way ahead of his time. Governor Oswald West came up with the brilliant idea to protect Oregon’s coastline from development. Way back in 1913. See what we mean about him? And like any politician, frankly, OIPA has that familiar bitter bite.

Purple Corn Lager. 4.9% Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and boiled with heaps of purple maize in the kettle. Well hopped with Callista. -Notes of Bavarian pretzel, slight cinnamon spice, white peach, and grassy hops.

A red mahogany, American IPA with classic "C" hop character. Malty and sweet with a touch of roast and a medium full body.

Brewed with half a pound of peaches per gallon. This fruity Belgian style ale is aromatic and refreshing. Peppery notes from the yeast and Brazilian pink peppercorns compliment the stone fruit character of the peaches and summer hops from Australia. Complex yet approachable and refreshing.

A beer based on a flavorful breakfast treat, a honey nut muffin. The nose has hints of cherry character along toasted bread and almonds. With just a hint of acidity balanced by almond, cherry and clover honey the beer finishes with a pleasant nuttiness.

An amber ale in the English tradition. Sparkfitter Amber balances toasty malts, earthy hops, and fruity yeast to achieve a classic, pub-style bitter.

A food friendly, medium to full-bodied Belgian Farmhouse Ale with prominent aromas of honey and clove. Flavors of candy and clove with a pleasant peppery finish.

We think of this American Pale Ale as the “Miss Oregon” of the Pale Ale panoply: Grain and hops are 100% Oregon-grown; it’s even malted in Baker City. It, too, yearns for sun. Hence the citrusy yet slightly bitter balance of flavors.

IPA brewed with Citra and Huell Melon. Notes of sun kissed squash leaves, ground cherries at night, stollen tangelos, and blissed out cherry snow cones.

We named our wheat beer after brewmaster Fred Bowman, a hero of ours, whose Uncle Otto’s Weiss beer is legendary in the Northwest. Our version is an easy drinker, highly carbonated, bubbly, and refreshing. With just a dash more clove and banana than your mother’s famous muffins, Uncle Fred’s will make you say “Uncle.” Over and over.

A collaboration with Marco of the soon to open Unseen Creatures in Miami, Fl. a saison fermented in oak puncheons, hopped with Styrian General, and conditioned on guava and lychee. Funky, lightly tart with notes of the aformentioned fruits, bright citrus, sauvignon blanc, and Fruit Stripe gum.

World Passport is our Bruxelles Inspired Pale Ale, brewed in collaboration with our good friend Ben Howe of Enlightenment Ales. Brewed with 100% Pilsner Malt, Continental hops, and our house Saison yeast. 5.6% abv, bright, floral hop character and an insanely dry finish.

A full bodied, unfiltered Bohemian Pilsner brewed exclusively with German hops and malts. 2nd Set is crafted with show goers on mind, as this Pilsner is sure to carry you to the 2nd Set!

Bandwagon: a current or fashionable trend (Merriem-Webster online dictionary) -- New England IPA: a current IPA style trend Jumping on the bandwagon is oftentimes seen as a negative thing. Sometimes, though, it can be fun to ride a trend for a minute. Sometimes those trends become more than trends and transcend to a standard. Think about black IPAs five years ago. Is that what the New England IPA will become? Who knows? What we do know is this: Our Bandwagon New England IPA is loaded up with immense dry hop additions including Amarillo, Crystal, CTZ, El Dorado, Nugget, and Waimea hops. Hop aroma like you wouldn't believe! Juicy citrus character for days. The addition of torrified wheat and naked oats provide the deep haze that is a signature character of the New England IPA style.
