By conditioning this beer on toasted hazelnuts and toasted cacao nibs, we have compounded the already decadent nature of this bourbon barrel- aged scotch ale. Aromas of carmel and molasses. Notes of chocolate and hazelnut. This is the beer you're looking for.

Named after the 90's "Swingman", this beer features a brand new, experimental hop out of Oregon's Willamette valley called X331. This uniquely delicious IPA combines fresh tropical citrus hop aromatics with a silky smooth finish from the massive amount of malted and torrified wheat. This is a tomahawk jam for your taste buds!

Berry Stable Genius is a collaboration beer brewed with Remedy Brewing Company of Sioux Falls. We made an awesome IPA (so good we didn't want to add fruit), and then we added a lot of strawberry and vanilla. The strawberry pops, the vanilla is very subtle. This beer contains lactose. And it's a treat. New England - IPA

Pale ale w/ oats

Breckenridge Christmas Ale aged in whiskey barrels with developed flavors of toasted biscuit notes complimented by soft caramel sweetness and hints of oak and whiskey warmth.

Unfiltered and hazy, this pale orange colored IPA has a big aroma of papaya, funky yeast, and spicy hops. Bready malts and tangy mango esters along with a medium body make it very juicy. Big hop flavor from a medley of Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops, it has assertive bitterness and a long but dry finish. A fun hybrid beer...the name means (to be bucked from a horse).

Indie Pale Ale is an icon of independence, destined to live independently. This is Craft Beer for the People. A 4.2% pale ale for the 21st century; stripped back and sessionable, this beer is designed to be accessible. Indie Pale Ale delivers a profile of tropical and citrus fruit set against a caramel and biscuit malt backbone. It is suitable for any drinking occasion and ready to go when you (or anyone else) needs it.

Barely-tart grisette brewed with pilsner and wheat using a traditional step mash, and hopped with Motueka.

We’re bustin’ out a new groove based on the famous Merry Monks riff! Our Belgian-style Tripel lays the foundation that allows the electrified zing of tartness to shine through. The addition of Sovereign and Rakau hops coupled with a crisp, dry tartness blend harmoniously with the ever-present Belgian notes of subtle spice, ripe pear and banana.

This is a Russian Imperial Stout Lager that pours very dark and gives rich flavors of coffee, roasted barley, chocolate and toffee.

Wheat Ale

Contemporary India Pale Ale brewed with feet firmly planted in the Northwest and a nod to New England. Mosaic and Columbus hops get lots of play here creating a beer that is tropical, fruity, dank, soft, and balanced.

When we acquired a shipment of Four Roses bourbon barrels, our team devised a plan to barrel age our Commander Stephen's Barleywine-Style Ale (named after our hard working brewing assistant. With a base comprised of American and English malts and a blend of Centennial, Chinook and Warrior hops, we knew this barrel aging plan was sure to make history. While the beer and bourbon flavors matured, life threw our beloved Growl Commander Stephen a happy twist. This resulted in a move across state lines and employment with another brewery! The name "Benedict Stephen's" Old Kentucky Barleywine-Style Ales is all in good fun and we wish our favorite "defector" Stephen the very best.
