Unapologetically aggressive, our IPA uses a variety of hops to create a blend of nuances that range from earthy to fruity to white wine. A neutral house yeast keeps the background soft to ensure this beer stays hop forward from start to finish. Ludlow attracts a showman! William Bullock (1773-1849) traveled the world and earned his fortune as a showman presenting artifacts, ballyhoo and curiosities. He opened the museum Egyptian Hall in London in 1812, which later inspired legendary P.T. Barnum to create Barnum's American Museum in New York City. In 1828 Bullock purchased Ludlow from Thomas D. Carneal with the unabashed vision of developing the utopian community Hygeia, named after the Greek Goddess of Health. Bullock's dream went belly-up but his spirit lives on with BIRCUS, created in Belgium and brought to the U.S. through a licensing agreement between Matthias Vermael of Circusplaneet and Paul Miller of Circus Mojo. Like Bullock, Vermael and Miller think outside the big top.

Using Blue Oven Bakery’s bread to supplement the grain bill in this Kolsch Style Ale imparts a toasted bread finish to this light, easy drinking beer. German Mandarina hops add a subtle orange aroma.

Abundance is a Baltic Porter brewed with cherries. Full bodied and smooth with rich malty flavours that blend harmoniously with the cherry notes. Roast coffee and subtle hops on the nose, lush mellow malt with a light bitterness on the palate finishes with a hint cherry sweet and sour. This beer was brewed the first time for Christmas 2013. It became our most successful beer ever launched when it emptied from our warehouse within 3 hours of it being available to our New Zealand customers, we even became aware of black market bartering occurring for it between our distributors!

This brown ale fuses smoked & roasted malts with dark brown sugar to provide a complex and full-bodied flavor explosion on the palate.

We are stoked to release our collaboration with long time friends and Long Island’s finest Barrier Brewing Company. Money IPA is a go to beer. So making Mad Fat Money with our homies was a huge honor. We mashed up Mad Fat Fluid and Money and the resulting IPA is a golden tropical citrus, bomb of an IPA.

Brewed with some of the ingredients commonly found in mole sauces, this stout is made with cocoa, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper and three types of dried peppers. This beer leans to the more chocolate side of the flavor spectrum with a very up front cocoa note. The spices and chiles add complexity and a mild heat.

Brewed to combine the malty, roast and chocolate notes of a stout with the firm bitterness and pungent, fruity character of dry hopped ales often associated with West Coast beers. The malt character of this beer leans to the softer, chocolate, light roast coffee flavors while the hops provide a notable resinous bitterness.

Braxton Brewing Company is paying homage to the region's past and celebrating its future. The Bavarian Style Select Lager is a clean, refreshing light lager that features noble hops that rive enough flavor and bitterness to balance the base beer.

This is Eggnog IPA and it is a cocktail-inspired IPA brewed with egg white, lactose, Bourbon flavoring, nutmeg and vanilla. The beer hits 8%-ABV and it will be packaged in 16oz cans

This saison will be darker in color compared to traditional saisons and utilizes a unique blend of lager and saison yeast to provide complex esters. Figs and Jasmine are added at the end of fermentation for the yeast to chew on and blend everthing together. Expect big esters followed by earthy and floral tones.

Dry hopped with a blend of Australian and American hops. New England IPA

Brewed with Mosaic and Falconer hops. Floral and piney hops glide over your palate. Golden brown hued IPA.
