Rich full bodied porter brewed with lactose and a plethora of roasted malts then conditioned on our brewers blend of locally roasted La Columbe coffee.

A meticulously chosen blend of a variety of strong ales (barleywine, imperial stout, imperial brown ale) that aged for 4-12 months in Heaven Hill and Four Roses bourbon barrels.

IPA w / citra, simcoe + motueka

This beer contains no hot side hop additions and therefore very little bitterness. We hopped it prior to fermentation with a hefty dose of Mosaic and Centennial. After fermentation we dry hopped it a second time with Amarillo, Mosaic and Chinook. Finally, we dry hopped it a third time with Simcoe and Equinox lupulin powder.

An American IPA of cosmic proportions. Brewed with oats for that body to carry the heavy face-melting notes of dank stickiness mixed with overripe tropical fruit up front, layered throughout piney resin-y bitter hop goodness. El dorado in the kettle, BIG idaho 7 and CTZ dry hop. This beer will suplex your taste buds. (formerly known as Lamplight)

A pleasant sour ale with a distinctive tang of rich clementine oranges.

A big bad imperial milk stout inspired by an old school malt shop favorite, black and white milkshake. Brewed with loads of roasted barely, chocolate malt, lactose, and cocoa powder. Finally, it is lovingly finished on a small mountain of madagasgar vanilla beans. Sweet and delicious with a strange calming effect as if you were being bear hugged by an actual nice fuzzy bear.

Sour ale dry hopped with Azacca and Amarillo. Orange and melon notes from these two snazzy hops meld quite nicely with the background acidity produced by a well-tuned mixed fermentation. For more information visit kentfallsbrewing.com/beers/aziam

This is Chew Chew with a bit more of everything, matured with blackberry and blackcurrent.

Described as the style of beer that inspired the IPA, The Burton Ale is a strong amber ale from Vancouver Island Brewery collaborating with Gladstone Brewery. This beer pours from the bomber bottle as a deep brown colour with a finger’s worth of off-white, lightly lacing head. The aroma is strong with bit roasted malt character and a molasses like toasted-sweetness. The hops here are mellow behind the overpowering roasted character. Tasting the Burton Ale it too has a strong molasses flavour that has a mellow burnt character that is followed by a lingering bitterness. It is a stretch to make a link to the IPA but inspiration comes in many forms. Perhaps closer to a deeply toasted brown ale or porter this is a unique beer that has flavours that are not often found in BC craft beer. If you like strong beers with rich malt character this is a beer that might be right up your alley

Really nice hefe served in a proper glass. Great wheater and mild banana clove. Highly drinkable.
