Classic blend of American hops give a pungent juicy quality full of grapefruit and pine. Slightly malty finish with notes of caramel. Dry hopped with Centennial and Chinook. Ridge Trail was classified as a dry-hopped Amber for some time. In August of 2017 Ridge Trail was re-classified as an American Pale Ale. The recipe was changed for a lighter color and bigger hop character, but is otherwise the same beer. We feel that Pale Ale was always a more accurate descriptor and wanted to bring the recipe in line with what the beer always was in flavor and aroma anyway. Cheers! -WRB

Estimated Profit is the newest offering from PBC. It is an imperial stout, high in alcohol, with an abundance of flavor! Generous amounts of chocolate and roast malts were used in the grain bill to give it those classic chocolate, caramel, and coffee notes that a proper stout should have. It also maintains a beautiful silky mouthfeel classic to the style. This beauty is perfect for the cold, Colorado winters. The name Estimated Profit pays tribute to a classic Grateful Dead track that is a favorite of the production crew. This stout is being put out on a very limited allocation. We only canned about 1150 cans and when it's gone it's gone. Enjoy the Forecaster of Fortune!

This Hazy “unfiltered” IPA was developed as a highly approachable seasonal from your friends here at Lake Tahoe AleworX. We added 15 pounds of Sweet Orange peel at the end of the boil to emphasize a clean citrus in the nose and body. We hopped this ale with 100% Amarillo hops because they are our favorite American hops and you just can’t beat their aroma and flavor. Think sweet geranium blossoms and earthy grapefruit. Galaxy Triple Dry Hopped Sour Ale

The American IPA is a more flavorful, intense IPA, typically brewed with American-variety hop flavors featuring big herbal, floral, or citrus character and high bitterness. Moderate to medium bodied with a balancing malt backbone. This IPA is high in clarity, with a dark gold color. Chinook, Citra, and Denali hops give prominent notes of citrus, pine, and resin. This beer offers big citrus and pine flavor up front, ending with a light malt sweetness and berry-like spruce character.
