Emmer is a type of wheat which was among the earliest cultivated grains in human history, dating to Neolithic times. Before its cultivation, hunter gatherers harvested it wherever it grew wildly, with the earliest evidence of its consumption dating to approximately 19,000 years ago near the Sea of Galilee. It, along with barley and einkorn, was a staple crop in the Fertile Crescent, and it was also used by the ancient Egyptians to make beer. Here and now in the 21st century, Riedenburger’s Emmer Bier gives us a chance to connect a bit to our early history, as it’s made with emmer along with lesser quantities of einkorn, spelt, barley and wheat. Like all of Riedenburger’s beers, Emmer Bier is bottled unfiltered (naturtrüb), so expect a very hazy deep brownish amber on the pour, and don’t be surprised if there’s some yeast sediment in the bottle. It’s not heavily carbonated, and thus comes across a bit like a kellerbier crossed with a specialty grain dunkelweizen.

A double dry-hopped DIPA with a soft mouthfeel and juiciness reminiscent of both the late Scott Weiland and stuffed animals. Really, those two things aren’t that different after all.

Copper colored cream ale, brewed with lactose and and chocolate extract. Chocolate nose with a cream ale flavor and notes of vanilla. A dessert beer for sure!

This deluxe stout is brewed for a full roasted chocolate flavour with a hop character that complements a blend of triple malts. Drink, savour and enjoy.

Bedrock is our favorite kind of porter – rich, bold, and dark. This is the beer we want to drink with friends on cooler days and through nights with hearty fare. Roasted flavors of coffee and chocolate with undercurrents of caramel abound. Finishing rich but balanced, Bedrock will bring satisfaction from the first sip, but encourages you to enjoy another, just to make sure.

IMPERIAL STOUT W/ CINNAMMON & COFFEE• Rich imperial stout brewed with cinnamon and coffee for the winter months

An English-style Brown Ale with a rich malt complexicity, hints of caramel and chocolate, and incredible aromas and flavors of freshly toastef hazelnuts.

Our brew showcases a celestial mix of wheat and pale malt that is ever so delicate on the palate.

The light option: frost brewed, cold filtered, triple hopped, brewed the hard way for maximum drinkability; tastes like college...dilly dilly.

Our Rusty Rudder Brown Ale is a big, round, flavorful take on the style for those looking for a full flavor beer that is still relatively light in body. We make it with dark coffee/chocolate roasted malts, which makes it quite dark for a brown ale. Enough hops balance the malts and make this an easy drinker.
