This cold black steel melds rich caramel and honey flavors with lactose sugars and just enough charred black malt to forge defining stout balance. The addition of a custom blend of roasted coffee beans, from Asheville's Penny Cup Coffee, offers bold roast, dark fruit and the mild smokiness that drives the aroma. Sip slow, sit long.

The first New Realm Brewing Co. recipe developed by New Realm's legendary Brewmaster Mitch Steele couldn't have been anything but an IPA... this IPA. It's intensely hoppy with a classic west coast piney, resiny and citrusy hop profile and a mild malt character in both nose and taste. Bitterness is smooth, but substantial and it finishes dry but with a balanced body. Mitch says "it's everything I want in an IPA. It's intense and bitter, yet drinks smoothly and has a wonderful blend of hop flavors dominating the aroma, taste and finish.

Deep brown in color with rich aromas and flavors of fresh brownies, our Double Brown is food for the malt lover’s soul. Delicious and decadent, will pair fabulously with roast lamb and seasoned new potatoes

Collaboration with Tonkotsu

We’re big fans of the classic old fashioned a 19th Century cocktail traditionaly made by muddling sugar with butters then adding whiskey and a twist of citrus. This is our take with barley wine as the base as the base beer and the classic orange zest to serve. It’s been in barrels for 12 months picking up a well rounded bourbon profile with some vanilla and caramel sweetness. Bitters optional.

At first we launched Sleeping Lemons, 3.6% with a tart, zingy acidity and rounded salt character, it was the perfect sunshine beer. It was our firm favourite all through the summer, however it’s not summer anymore… Sleeping Lemons Export comes in at 6% lending a bigger, maltier body to the beer. The fuller mouthfeel and warming alcohol bring decadent flavours of lemon meringue pie to the character of this beer and the acidity is more rounded and reminiscent of lemon curd. Made with preserved lemons, this re-release of an old favourite, now available in our 330ml bottles for you selfish people out there who feel sharing is all too much

Part of what we do is about experimentation and this beer is certainly that. We managed to source some Gin barrels, which are not commonplace but are occasionally used by producers to mature the spirit and add delicate sweet spiciness from the oak. We filled them with a dry - hopped double IPA, which is now entirely transformed. The botanicals are in full effect on the aroma, while the pale ale balances fruit with herbs before an unmistakable dry Gin finish. No Tonic Required!!!

The pain is often too great for we mere mortals. We take to therapies of all walks and colors. But the greatest pain takes us through death and back to rebirth, with the most vivid of splendor. Made with Gavin and Neal, two of our very favorite brewers, this tart Gose speaks from their hand-picked blend of sea salts, and sits atop a bed of grapefruit peel, pineapple and desiccated macaroon coconut, before being dosed with freshly grated nutmeg.

We partnered with our friends at Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters to come up with this version of the classic coffee stout. At just 4.9% ABV, you could replace your daily coffee with this one.

A signifying trait of institutionalised racism. This beer is brewed to celebrate all things new, open minded and progressive. A peanut butter biscuit stout with no biscuits, butter or nuts. Bo’Ho is our 1st ever lager. Not just any lager, it’s an Unfiltered Bohemian Lager that has been chillin in our conditioning tank for the past 4 weeks. Like all authentic style beers we managed to source a traditional style Bohemian Lager strain to produce a beer with a decent malt back bone, fruity aroma and clean crisp finish. Traditional pilsner malt made up the majority of the malt bill whilst the bohemian Saaz hops being the flavouring hop. Who ever said lagers couldn’t be awesome?

This Session IPA is carved from Pils, flaked barley, wheat and oats and is saddled with a new hop vision quest each time it is canned. Each batch features a blend of our favorite hops with a special house yeast that reacts with a robust dry-hop to provide a rounder mouthfeel, an incredible tropical aroma with a smooth juice flavor.

Hazy Pale Ale with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Hall Blanc. A portion of the Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic are lupulin powder. Bright citrus, pine and tropical aroma, with the flavor to match. Medium body with a crisp finish that negs for another sip.
