Baltic Porter with smoked malt and bourbon stored, Danish mead. Powerful and juicy flavor that creates an explosion of nuances in the mouth. Chocolate, raisins, prunes and plums added smoke aroma from fynsk wheat flour melted on beechwood. Brewed from fynsk barley malt, Fynsk wheat flour and Danish mead.

Kettle Sour IPA

Crushable. It's the word that gets thrown around most frequently at our annual Brewhouse Rarity Pitch Session, where anyone can pitch a beer to our Brewmaster. It's not often attributed to bold stouts though. But that's exactly what Andrew, one of our resident tour guides, envisioned. A graceful blend of sweet and oatmeal stout profiles, with a touch of smoky complexity, which will surprise in its drinkability.

Hazy IPA

A beer rich in malts, bittersweet chocolate, sweet cherries and milk sugars gives this beer its namesake and a low hopping let’s all the goodness of the flavors stand out. Our hope is it gives you a few minutes to relax and enjoy life.

The Class V (5) is named after the whitewater classifications of I through V+. Class I being a tame, lightly rough water flow while Class V+ being a fast, dangerous, whitewater section of a river. This is a very big, bold but balanced double IPA. A very dry finish with a huge but not completely over the top hop flavor and aroma. Citrus and pine dominate and, in combination with the dry finish, produce a sharp, clean bitterness that encourages the next sip. Another beer to be careful of, as the drinkability of this beer can hides the high ABV.

A smooth and creamy Double IPA brewed with Pineapple purée, lactose and honey malt.

Black color, creamy head, fresh aroma, melon, orange, lemon, and pine from the combo of Saphir, Mandarina, and Mt Hood hops. Smooth malt backbone with subtle hints of caramel and roast.

Belgian farmhouse dark funky Saison brewed with black currant and plum puree.

Our Double IPA shows off what’s possible in a balanced DIPA. Brewed with Caramel malts, this malt forward IPA is balanced with dry hopped cascade and summit.

American Stout made with Southern Pecans and Highland Coffee.

DDH with Belma, El Dorado, Mosaic. We decide to take inspiration from Higher Burnin' and amp it up! Brewed with an enormous amount of oats leaving it super creamy. Pops of overripe berries with orange marmalade on the finish.

Non-Cents, an American pale ale in our Money series

Their award winning Porter with nice cherry flavor. and a touch of peanut butter as it warms

Inspired by Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman, this traditonally designed dubbel is deep ruby with a sandy cap of foam. Expressive Belgian yeasts combine with a complex malt recipe leading to aromas and flavors of clove, nutty cocoa, toast, and orange zest.

This is an American Brown Ale with roasted malt, caramel-like aromas. Our brown ale is made using Brewers Malt, Maris, Victory, Crystal Malt and Black Malt. We also throw a little Dark Brown sugar into the mix. The hops are Saaz and Hallertauer.
