Our DIPA recipe with toasted marshmallows. Dry hopped with a variety of hops featuring mosaic, Madagascar vanilla bean, and a variety of candied, turbinado, coconut and other sugars create the mellow sweetness of campfire toasted marshmallow.

Fox in the Stout Imperial Salted Chocolate Stout: cocoa nibs and fresh vanilla beans along with flaked oats for body make this a big rich dessert stout worthy of its Fox in the Snow brownie inspiration.

Our American Cream Ale is a mild, pale, light-bodied ale, with orange zest and vanilla bean. It’s made with Brewers Malt, Pilsner, Flaked Corn, Barley and Acidulated Malt. Our hops are Saaz, Fuggle and German Tradition hops.

Here's a beer brimming with character for those who enjoy a roasty, malty fully-bodied beer. The brew pours dark brown - nearly black - with a cappuccino colored thick, frothy head. Breathe in to enjoy its candy sweet aromas of molasses, roasted marshmallows, toffee and fudge. Savor its robust flavor that starts sweet and finishes with notes of chocolate, licorice and roasted nuts. Blend of oak aged saisons with citrus

Siren song to a hop totem, this beer calls up English yeast with 2row, Vienna, Pale Malt, and oats. It met a ferocious bi-fold hop program on the cold side with two servings of Enigma, Equinox, Comet, Galaxy, Nelson, and Citra.

Fairly mundane session-style lager, not dry finished, fairly tasty but un-special. Might be nicer mixed with something else. Get again. but don't get too excited.

Crafted using only traditional culinary and urban apples, our blend is inspired by the apple varieties once grown, picked and sold on the streets of Victorian London. The end result is a beautiful medium dry cider; smooth and harmonious in body, complex and rich in texture with a crisp wine-like finish.

Finn McCool is the legendary Irish giant who built the "Giant's Causeway". Our Irish-style Dry Stout is light on the mouthfeel, but full of coffee flavor with a bitterness that comes from the roasted barley.
