A Belgian-style blonde ale that is easy-drinking, with a low but pleasing hop bitterness. This is a light- to medium-bodied ale, with a low malt aroma that has a spiced and sometimes fruity-ester character reminiscent for bubble gum.

Our flagship APA, featuring a mix of specialty malts and C-hops that gives this beer a fantastic malt profile without covering up the pine and citrus hops that make this beer finish so deliciously.

To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire.

Loral hops were release in 2016 and quickly became one of our favorite New varieties. It was highlighted in our Stone hop revolver single ipa series, and with the featured hop in our hugely popular 2017 summer seasonal beer: Stone ghost hammer IPA. Then there's Dr. Rudi , which has been around since 1976. Originally known as a super alpha, this hop brings classic resin and piney notes, which pair it perfectly with the floral citrusy aroma of loral. Traditionalist GenX meets adventurous Millennial. What do they talk about? Nothing, hops don't talk. Together however, they speak. It's apparent that a pairing like this was bound to happen. At Stone we call it inevitable.

This eclectic beer has an amber color and warm rich flavor that lingers. It's brewed with caramel malts with Saaz, Willamette and Cascade hops. This Belgian Bock is as rich, warm, and unique as Pierre Celis, the man who first made it.

This light and refreshing beer is the perfect balance of hop bitterness and a honey-like malt body. Lightly hopped with Cascade, the Honey malt and oats bring a bit of sweetness for a smooth mouthfeel and clean finish.

The newest addition to the Cannon Crew, AmeriCannon is a bold pale ale that's been double dry-hopped with Centennial hops and Simcoe lupulin hop powder. With an ABV that won't turn you into a Loose Cannon, it's a true celebration of American independence. The first Heavy Seas beer to utilize lupulin hop powder, AmeriCannon is an intensely flavorful Pale Ale. Imperial Stout aged in wine barrels for 11 months

Coco Boingo is a chocolate milk stout. Low in ABV but high in flavor. Chocolate malt adds complex flavors of coffee, chocolate, and toffee with a smooth mouth feel of late addition of lactose to round the rough edges.

Our take on the Grisette (a centuries-old Belgian and French saison) honors the heritage of the style while adding a subtle modern hoppiness. The result is a beer that seamlessly blends the traditional estery yeast and dry finish with an American hop flavor. Saison tastes great with a rustic charcuterie spread or Chicken Provençal.
