Myrtille is a golden sour ale aged in neutral wine barrels. Two pounds per gallon of fresh, whole North Carolina grown blueberries contribute an earthy and tannic backbone to this uniquely southern sour. When the time is right, the barrels are blended to achieve the perfect balance of berry and house Brett culture.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake Strong Ale Brewed for our good friends at Goodfriend Beer Garden's 2 Year Anniversary. Pineapple cake strong ale. I mean, c'mon, what else do I have to say? You gotta try it for yourself.

Brewed with 5.5 lbs of hops per barrel, R.A.D. #004 is one of our hoppiest beers to date. Coming in at 6% ABV, this brew has a soft and pillowy mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and an intense aroma of tropical fruits such as over-ripened mangos, guava, citrus fruits -- all with a hint of dank in the background. Brewed with stupid amounts of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Bravo, R.A.D. #004 is juicy and crushable.

The Colonial is a New England-style cider that originated in the Northeastern colonies over 300 years ago. At the end of apple harvest, barrels of cider were sweetened with brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, or molasses. The added sugar boosted alcohol levels to keep the cider safe from spoiling until the next harvest. Raisins were added as another form of sweetener, as well as a source of yeast and tannin. This drink was made for surviving long winters and forging a “Liberty or Death” mentality. We mimicked this colonial method of cider making by fermenting apple juice and brown sugar. After primary fermentation, we mixed raisins and whole cane sugar to marry in old whiskey barrels for 5 months. The Colonial is a strong, spirituous cider with a woody aroma and flavors of nuts and figs.

We took the Wilco Tango Foxtrot, our malty, robust, brown ale and threw it into red wine oak barrels for 30 months, giving it a tart funky feel. WTF, indeed!

After aging several months in Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Barrels we just released this limited special tantalizing brew! So be on the lookout for them on tap in limited release specials! Of course it's on tap at the Millstream Brau Haus!

A Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA brewed with Wheat, Oats, and (too many) Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. #donthazemebro

Created as a tribute to the great Vermont DIPAs that made our state famous for craft beer, this hazy, hoppy and juicy Double IPA was originally part of a series of ales brewed with various hop profiles. Evolution #3 was a clear favorite in our tasting room, and is the origin of Northern Heights, which is finished with Mosaic and Citra hops.

Brewed with an absurd amount of flaked oats and an equally silly amount of Citra and Mosaic hops, this IPA is bursting with juicy fruit flavors and a silky smooth texture.

Our third in the line of Retrofuturism NEIPAs. Hopped with Mandarina & Mosaic for a soft and fruity feel and a low ABV that leaves you with the perfect beer to drink on your newest expedition. Blast off.

100% foeder fermented with an airborne wild yeast strain captured in a happy accident at the brewery. This saison was brewed with American malt, wheat, and spelt, then foeder aged 6 months and blended with a touch of our house Solera for tartness.
