This is how a beer from our backyard in Orange County should taste: refreshing, crisp and original. Orchard Wit is a tart wheat beer, brewed with orange zest and coriander, and aged in an oak foeder for several months. It’s designed to showcase the culture of our farmhouse-style brewery through maturation in oak and fermentation with several yeast strains, namely Bavarian Wit, Belgian Wit and French Saison yeast, and our house souring culture. It’s a combination that’s fresh with subtle complexity, balancing the classic, spiced and fruity characteristics of a Belgian-style wit with the soft - and wild - touch from oak.

Deep black with a thick, tawny head, 7 Seas Imperial Stout is a burly yet thoughtfully complex beer. Silky, full-bodied, rich in roasted grain and chocolate notes with a long, warming finish. Brewed several months prior to it's release, allowing the bold flavors to mellow and mingle, enjoy this limited season stout.

This clean, balanced New York City Pale Ale is created in collaboration with what we’re all proud to call the Class of 2017 —nine NYC breweries that opened their doors in ’17. Brewed with a healthy portion of New York State ingredients, this simple malt bill of 2-row and NYS heirloom wheat lays the foundation for large additions of Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops.These hops add a fruity, citrusy character balanced by piney NYS hops from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY.

Our IPA is a modern take on the West Coast original. We add the majority of the hops late in the brewing process resulting in a huge hop aroma of citrus fruits balanced with herbs and pine. Flaked wheat and Optic malt add some complexity and body, but this beer is all about hop aroma and bitterness.

Our monster rye Double IPA comprises three different types of ryes, accounting for nearly 15% of the grain bill. Aggressively hopped throughout the boil with Simcoe, Amarillo, Columbus, and Horizon hops. The kettle additions are followed with massive whirlpool and multiple dry-hop additions. Dank, sticky, resinous, and tongue-coatingly bitter. This beer has literal off-the-chart hoppiness.

Sour Cherry Belgian Tripel

An medium bodied, smooth stout that has a touch of sweetness and is infused with Bum City’s coffee, giving this stout hints of dessert like chocolate flavors.

With bright, zingy tangerine notes up-front, this cider develops in to a full-bodied, refreshing experience. The turmeric creates a complex, spicy body that finishes completely dry. Notes of Ginger, Cedar, and Citrus.

Aged on split vanilla beans, this medium bodied stout, is smooth and finishes with a hint of vanilla flavor.

DDH pale ale with Cascade, Citra, Simcoe

Hazy straw color with a frothy white head. The nose is dominated by stone fruits like peach and apricot. Subtle flavors of grapefruit layered in with mango and papaya compliment the soft body with precision dryness.
