This flavorful brew named Blood Moon Bliss IPA stands for what a blood moon is all about! If you are unfamiliar with the blood moon's description, it's a phenomenon where the full moon is in a total eclipse that appears with a reddish color when hit by the sunlight. We chose this name as the blood orange that is added gives the brew itself a slight red color once poured. Isn't that fitting? We truly believe so! Blood oranges originated from Spain and Sicily as they have slight undertones of raspberry and strawberry that give this brew a fruity, sweet taste than your typical IPA with bitterness.

Mead with Belgian dark candy syrup and blueberries.

Blue Honey Melomel is a semi-sweet melomel mead that is crafted with 100% raw Ohio wildflower honey, farm raised Great Lakes blueberries, water, and yeast. This blueberry melomel is then aged on French oak staves for 3 months to provide added depth and complexity. Make sure to store away an extra bottle for later because this mead ages wonderfully.

This mead is a "grown up" version of the blue slushes enjoyed by many of us in our younger days. Sweet and fruity.

This still mead is made from sunflower honey and copious amounts of blueberry purée. Fruity yet slightly dry finish.

This is our Orange Blossom Hydromel with loads of cinnamon, rose petals, and rose hips. It is a beautiful red color. Slightly sweet with a pleasing spicy & tannic finish.

This deep gold mead smells like a field of wildflowers. The palate is floral and tea like. It is slightly sweet with a clean finish.

The deep red color is from the hibiscus flowers. 1/2 is in the form of tea & 1/2 added dry. A pronounced harmony of flavor with floral aromas, subtly sweet and crisp.

Deep gold yellow in color. This aromatic mead is made with Michigan Wildflower Honey and Calendula Marigolds. It is perfumey and pungent and mildly sweet with a long and slightly bitter finish.

This mead has a bright golden color. The aroma nose is packed with the perfume of saffron. The flavor is com-plex. This off-dry mead has a long and warming finish.

Spirit-barrel aging delivers depth and warmth to this silky smooth blend of dark organic tropical honey and great northern heirloom apples. We took years to perfect this mead. So take your time, unwind, and enjoy this bounty.

Big, bold, black, and aged in bourbon barrels. This unusual lager style has many similarities to Imperial Stouts. A lengthy conditioning period creates a silky smooth chocolatey mouth feel enhanced by the use of oats and brown sugar. Noticeable sweetness gets balanced by roasted malt and hop bitterness. Additional flavors include bourbon, vanilla, and oak.
