Esben Bø Jensen – Double Dry Hopped Saison – 7.0% - Collaboration with Alefarm

A dry hopped table beer with a bright golden body fermented using a strain of Nordic ale yeast and dry hopped for a touch of citrus hop character on the finish.

Born from the fires of the kettle, our medium bodied IPL is a true leviathan of flavor. This monster of refreshment has a hippy nose and a sleek malt character- and it's anything but tame!

The first installment in the Project Session IPA series features Calypso hops, known for pear and apple attributes that are often uncommon in hops. This is partnered with a light addition of lime zest which brightens the existing hop character and creates an exciting complexity in the overall aromatics. The light and clean body allows for the hops and zest to own the show, making this a complex and easy drinking experience.

Torn and Restored is a form of illusion where a card or other paper object is ripped before a spectator’s eyes, only to be returned to its original state. This project started with a Rich amber maple syrup from Vermont which was left sweet after fermentation. From there, this maple wine was sent to transform in used barrels. First, The wine was transferred into an Ex-bourbon barrel that previously held Imperial Oak’s Quiet Giant Imperial Russian Stout. Their Bourbon Barrel aged Stout was transferred to a second barrel, a used maple barrel, and this wine followed suit. Dark, rich, and creamy. Lactose sugar adds sweetness and a pleasing mouthfeel to this bold brew.

Clean refreshing bitterness balanced with malty sweetness. This smooth, easy drinking beer is made with a large amount of corn to give it a lighter creamy taste.

IPL

Belgian Style New England IPA- Brewed in collaboration with Southern Swells Brewing. Packed with hops (Simcoe,Citra,Idaho,Amarillo,Mosaic,and Rakau). Finished with Belgian Saison Yeast.

A supernatural session IPA made for drinking all day long. Lightly sweet and malty Golden Promise™ malt, a balanced bitterness and layers of tropical fruit filled Citra and Ekuanot hops in whirlpool and dry hop. Fermented with London Ale II yeast to add more fruity body, and enhance malt and hop profile…. Same again?

This imperial stout has a roasty aroma with hints of toasted marshmallow followed by intense flavors of dusty dark chocolate, burnt sugar, and a warming finish.

Combining the spirit of Old Mexico with a little big city panache, Urban Sombrero is a cover-worthy Mexican Style Lager brewed for early summer sipping. Liberty hops provide a floral bouquet and hint of spice to this classic brew. Best enjoyed ice cold in the shade on a hot day, no lime necessary. Vaya con Dios.

Feldschlösschen 2.4 is a delicate and easy-to-drink classical lager beer with an ABV of only 2.4&%. With its light, hoppy and full-flavoured taste, Feldschlösschen 2.4 is the perfect thirst quencher.

Our Feldschlösschen Non Alcoholic Wheat Fresh is the result of a perfected recipe: A cloudy, fruity-fresh, alcohol-free beer brewed with selected wheat malt.

Feldschlösschen Amber, a Swiss speciality beer matured in oak barrels, convinces with a pleasant bitterness, spicy and mild caramel taste. Exclusively roasted barley malt gives Feldschlösschen Amber its brilliant amber colouring – an incomparable pleasure for eyes and palate.

Bird Troll is our collaboration with award winning home brewer Mike Radford. It's a hazy IPA with wheat and orange peel.

Fruit IPA

Aged in barrels with Brettanomyces, this is truly an ale of many textures that is sure to revive the senses. Take notice as carbonation tingles with wild aromas of sun-dried fruit sweetness and endures a touch of aged hops.
