Wild Elderberry Mead

This captivating mead has the texture and the "mouth feel" of a red wine, together with the taste of honey and a very versatile berry. Perfect for sipping and for complimenting a favorite dessert or a good assertive cheese. One taste reveals why Montana’s early pioneers hankered after Elderberry wine

Winter Sun

There is nothing more delightful than to bask in the rays of Kaua’i’s Winter Sun. The sun’s rays are not too strong and the cool trade winds compliment the warmth of the sun. Such is the case that the starfruit has two seasons, one at the end of summer and one in January, just so those juicy fruits can bask once again in the winter sun. This mead is blended with Kaua’i starfruit, lilikoi (passion fruit), and tropical black tea. Delicious anytime of year, this mead is smooth and fruity with endnotes of lilikoi.

Wood

A fresh twist on IPA! We finish our beer with oak to give it a complimentary background to its hop-forward bitterness and citrus tones. Aroma is full of citrus fruit characteristic from dry hopping with Cascade hops. Some subtle wood notes of cinnamon and honey. Flavor is clean and intensely hoppy. Balance favors hop bitterness. Finish is malty and accented by subtle wood flavors.

Woodcut No. 01 Oak Aged Ale

The barrel aging process is a labor intensive endeavour where beer is matured in wood barrels. As the beer ages, the wood imparts unique and complex flavors. The Odell Brewers selected new American Oak barrels for their first offering. The 750ml bottles will be hand-corked, and each bottle will be signed and numbered. After the Oak Aged Ale is bottled, the label and recipe will be retired.

Woodcut No. 02 Oak Aged Golden Ale

Odell Woodcut No. 2 , an oak aged golden ale, was brewed over six months ago on the brewery’s pilot brewing system. The golden ale has been aging in virgin oak barrels and will bottle condition in cork finish, 750 ml bottles. Crafted with fine specialty malts and hops, Woodcut No. 2 is a golden copper color. The rich toffee-like malt character is balanced by soft tannins. Freshly cut wood and vanilla bean aromas compliment the beer’s smooth finish.

Wylde Harvest Mead

A traditional semi-sweet drinking mead made from the nectar of Michigan’s spring, summer or fall wyldeflowers for a rich, floral complexity. Pairs with fish, poultry, cheese, and wylde game. Mead is honey wine, the most ancient of drynks, common to all cultures of the Old World. Mead was drunk for good health and longevity, strength, vitality and fertility. MeadMaster Pete Wylde makes Mead as the ancients did, unfiltered. Bees make honey the same since the dawn of time. What you hold in your hands is your connection to our ancient forebears. The tradition of giving a nuptial couple a lunar-month’s supply of Mead to ensure a “fruitful” union came to be known as the “Honeymoon”.

Braxton Labs Grodziskie

Sometimes, innovation means digging into the brewing archives. The historical Grodziskie - nicknamed the “Polish Champagne” - originated in the Polish town Grodzisk Wiekopolski in the early 1600s. Brewed to tradition, we used 100% oak smoked wheat in the mash, noble hops in the boil, and a clean german ale yeast to produce a smoky, dry, crisp, and effervescent ale at an extremely drinkable 3.3% ABV (17 IBU).

Heirloom Cider

A semi-dry cider made from American Heirloom and Cider Apples. Our cider from the 2014 harvest is a blend of nearly 350 different cultivars. The 2014 Heirloom is a menagerie of long-forgotten and uncommon apples such as Calville Blanc d’ Hiver, Arkansas Black, Winesap, Russet Beauty, and Ashton Bitter to name a few. It’s a highly aromatic cider. Expect floral, herbal, fruity esters, honey, and spices. It balances sharpness with subtle tannin and a mellow sweetness for a pleasant finish. Our cider is best served at a cellar temp of 50° F. We encourage our cider to be served in a bulbed glass to promote aromatics.
