Aero Plains Pale Ale is a well-balanced example of the style. The simplicity of the pale malt aroma melds well with the grassy, and resinous scents from Eukanot, Simcoe, and Citra. However, flavor in this ale is much more complex. Residual sugars play well off of the floral and fruity flavors of the hops.

A kaleidoscope of West Coast hops twists through the cosmos. A big bang of brightness gives birth to an entirely new flavor universe. Layers of Calypso complexity streak across the night sky. This is Astronomical, an IPA that screams from the cosmos into the future.

Named after one of the tall-ship Clippers that carried coffee from the Horn of Africa to the London docks in the golden age of the coffee trade, our collaboration brew with Tree City Coffee and Solstice Roasters utilizes a blend of beans roasted to highlight what is special about both the bean and the beer.

The perfect beach beer? Possibly… This is the most sessionable beer we make- perfect for the beach or mowing the lawn. This kellerbier style lager (unfiltered) is light and crisp, but unlike American style light beers, is brewed with 100% malted barley.

First, we started with a nice malt foundation featuring UK Maris Otter, and then we added heaps of Citra Hops during the boil and whirlpool. We continued the Citra overload by adding Citra TWO separate times during fermentation (with our expressive yeast might we add) and then one final Citra dry hop addition to tie a bow on things. Some might call that triple dry hopped, but we don't concern ourselves with titles, just our beer. This beer is unfined and unfiltered! Come dream with us with our Citra Dream IPA.

mperial IPA double dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe brewed with enormous amount of two wheat varieties. Cosmic Kiss extends our story to feature the villain, a robotic octopus attempting to invade NY when immediately met by four brave and determined space heroes.

Classic German Doppelbock using Weihenstephaner 68 yeast strain, appropriately mashed in German tradition to accentuate the ferulic acid development. Delano Imperial Doppelbock provides raisin and fig flavors, while the malliard reaction creates toasted, aromatic malty notes.

Daemonium presents innocently. Dressed in the pale colours of a far lesser brew, she beckons the unsuspecting close with beguiling aromas and puckish, tingling bubbles. At first furtive sip, however, the ruse it up and the trap is sprung. Too late they see their blunder. Too late they witness the pleasant golden maiden stripped to reveal the ancient face of the demon waiting; its true strength laid bare. Its claws grabbing. Its teeth bared and gnashing.

A dark saison brewed with lots of German saphir and Czech saaz hops. This beer exemplifies this year's foraged yeast culture, with notes of lilac blossoms, bubble gum, clove, and pepper.

Coffee & Ice Cream Ale Roaster: Quarter Horse Coffee: Brazil - Fazenda Sertão Yellow Bourbon This style-defying beer is our take on the classic Italian Affogato. Quarter Horse coffee deliberately over-roasted the Brazilian beans here to push intense coffee, chocolate and roasted notes through the beer. This intense coffee and bitterness contrasts with the base beer which has a perceived sweetness and generous body from a hefty dose of lactose, along with vanilla for the full ice-cream affect. Cypress wood spirals round things off with a vanilla wafer note and balancing dryness.
