As we welcome bright sunny days back into our lives with the changing of the seasons, we offer this traditional bright farmhouse Saison full of citrusy notes, as an ode to the Samaritan in all of us! It has a nice bit of noble hop character and tartness on the finish. Perfect for a warm day.

A Pacific Northwest inspired Imperial IPA. This bad boy is brewed with juniper berry, sage and is teeming with hops from the great northwest. Caution: Drinking too much of this beer may result in unusual behavior including engaging in shenanigans.

The hard-saying yet easy-drinking Shepplekofeggan was created as an ode to friendship. Pronounced “shêp-ul-kof-again”, it is named after four friends who love their lighter beers; it’s namesakes “Sheets-Epple-Intelkoffer-Duggan” inspired this refreshing Belgian Witbier, which is finished with fresh orange zest and coriander and packed full of citrusy flavor. It just begs for great friends to share it with, and is proof that all Belgian-style beers don’t have to be big in alcohol -- only big in flavor.

This beer won a gold medal in the 2016 Alabama Craft Beer Championship, and a bronze in the 2017 competition. It is an amber to red ale with the perfect balance between malt and European hops. It is smooth, flavorful and colorful. The one thing that sets it apart from other red ales is the fragrance. It will remind you of walking through the Sipsey River Wilderness area in the spring.

Strong Rye/Wheat Saison aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Claussenii.

You’ll Be frothin’ at the lips as Loads of Mosaic & Simcoe hops double up in this head turner of an IPA. A Portion of proceeds benefit youth mentorship and community events through F.G.R.’s still frothy organization.

Tucked in the backwoods of the legendary Saint John’s Abbey, the Sugar Shack is operated by monks passing on century-old secrets and providing some seriously sweet history. These guys take maple syrup making as seriously as we take great beer brewing. These discerning monks have given Third Street Brewhouse exclusive rights (yep, that means just us) to pair their notorious sweet blend with our perfectly crafted beer so we can bring you the Sugar Shack Maple Stout. We are all BIG fans of Belgian-style beers at our brewery and when it came time to brew something that celebrated our 5th year in business, we decided it should be a Tripel. Sticking as closely as possible to the style guidelines, we decided not go out on a limb with this one like most of our other Tempest creations. This was a chance for us to pay homage to the beers that ignited our passion for this industry, and it’s unique history. A slightly sweet malt bill with a creamy mouthfeel lay the foundation for a bouquet of yeast-derived character and the complexity this style is known for.

There’s not a lot of hops to hide behind in this little angel. She can be sneaky at 8.1%, being crisp and clean and easy-drinking.

Deep mahogany with distinct caramel, biscuit, toasty brown bread and light roast flavors and aromas are the hallmarks of our English Brown Ale. Smooth on the front palate with a pleasant semi-dry finish that ends with a hint of roast. Totally bollocks!

Irish Stout with dry roasted coffee notes and a velvety smooth nitrogen texture that begs for more sips!

Farmhouse IPA with Citra, Columbus, Cascade, and Simcoe hops.

The Key to brewing this style of beer is the balance, highlighting the relationship between malt and hop. We use a malt base that keeps the body clean, and also stands up to the brightness of the Warrior, Azacca, and Citra hop combination.

Traditional American Amber Ale with a smooth malt flavor with a balanced hop character from late hop additions to give a citrusy undertone.

With as many hops as you can pack in a can, our Double IPA marries a traditional West Coast-style grain bill of pale malts and little else to some new school hops that lend aromas and flavors of tropical fruit and dank pine.

American IPA with floral citrusy aroma and an intense dry bitterness. The IPA is brewed with American hops and American yeast for a fruity undertone along with a well-balanced malt backbone to generate a smooth well-carbonated craft brew.

Our version of an English Summer Ale is a sparkling light golden color with a fluffy white head. Lightly fruity and citrusy hop aromas lead into a crisp, crackery malt body, and a dry finish paired with just enough bitterness make this thirst quencher a real summer crusher.

YCBC's Wizard is an experimental IPA with a medium malt presence and a blast of bittering from Galena. Add to that the aroma and flavor of Mosaic, and you have a magical concoction.

A Pale Ale with a traditional British malt style, featuring American Hops.

Simple, tasty, and oh so good. Full bodied and lightly hopped. Perfect for the heat!
