This saison is bright red, almost glowing, and has thick pink lacing. It’s got wonderful saison esters with some spicy and earthy notes mixed in with fresh strawberries. Balanced and easy to drink with strawberry flavors left on your tongue without being overly sweet.

Whimsy is a bright New England Style India Pale Ale. This beer delivers massive aromas and flavors of oranges from the addition of Amarillo, Citra and Jarrylo hops! No fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

Non-filtered American Wheat Ale brewed with Seville orange zest and apricots. Layered, yet approachable it is brewed with 40% wheat, fermented with American ale yeast producing a clean canvas for the fruit and malt flavors. Orange aroma is well pronounced yet harmonious with the Cascade and Northern Brewer hops. E.Dupont POME 1998 is a very special blend of E. Dupont's unfermented apple juice and his one year old Calvados. This blend was filled into 5 year old empty calvados casks in 1996 the tannins of which were still at work. It has been aging in these wooden barrels

We put our spin on the classic porter by using Pecan smoked malt, smoked wheat, and real pumpkin. It’s velvety on the palate, and finishes with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and real vanilla. It’s just like drinking the Autumn season in a glass!
