Hazy Afternoon is our New England Style Pale Ale brewed with lavish amounts of Citra, Mosaic, Denali, El Dorado and Azacca Hops. Our flagship IPA, Sibling Rivalry is a well balanced 77 IBU treat in which a fistful of Citra and Mosaic hops vie for your attention.

Flamboyant, highly technical, and a bit unbalanced, like the wrestler himself, this brettanomyces-aged raspberry saison will send you to the mat. A variety of light malts blend to create a slightly spicy, intricate malt body that was dried out with farmhouse saison yeast in primary fermentation before being moved to our wild room for blending with raspberry puree and three strains of brettanomyces. The wild yeast create a secondary fermentation with all the raspberry sugars to yield a dry, tart, fruity, farmy treat that is sure to please hardcore beer geeks and lovers of girly-drinks alike.

To celebrate American Craft Beer Week, KC Bier Co. and Wichita Brewing Company collaborated on a recipe for a Session IPL named I-35 Lager. The recipe was brewed at both breweries by a combined team of brewers from KC and Wichita. KCBC contributed its German lager yeast and Perle hops for bittering. WBC supplied American Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade hops for late-kettle and dry hopping. Bier Co. and WBC used the same style of Pilsner, Vienna, and Melanoidin malts but from different Bavarian maltsters. The result is a crisp session lager with soft biscuit and caramel malt flavors, noble bitterness, and citrus and floral hop aromas.

Start with our famous J’Ville Lager and add lemon juice and a couple other secret ingredients and voila! Lemonade flavor! Except it’s beer. Whoa!

From the North Rhine region of Germany, comes the prized Noble Spalt hops of Dusseldorf. Our authentic process begins with these heralded hops from the North Rhine region. MK Altbier is a deep copper tint topped with a thick creamy canvas head. From first scent, the aroma is mellow with complexities of malt blended with traces of floral Noble hops. The treasured flavor is hop forward with a clean malt balance, a hint of sweetness and somewhat dry finish and medium body.
