Mortals Key Porter

Our Mortals Key Porter starts with a dark mahogany, nearly opaque hue and a tan foamy head. The fragrance is a rich, deep roasted malty sweetness with hints of dried fruit and dark chocolate. On the tongue a complex sweet and heavy roast dominates the palette ending with a smooth creamy clean malt character. MK Porter delivers hints of black currant, dried fruit, caramel and roasted coffee. It’s 10 varieties of malts and three German Noble hops make our Porter a daring choice for the brave aficionado. It’s dense and medium full with a touch of warmth.

Wild Sour Series: Synchopathic

Synchopathic is the combination of a refreshingly tart and acidic sour ale with robust-citrusy, fruity & floral dry-hops one would otherwise find in a pale ale, with aromas and flavors reminiscent of grapefruit, orange, lemon, tangerine, pineapple and hints of pine, giving way to a biscuity-crackery malt backbone, low bitterness and dry finish to bring it all in synch. Cheers.

110K+OT Batch #1 Der Rauch Gott

1101K+OT is not for college pukes, white collar sissy boys or mamby-pamby Nancy boys who haven’t done an honest days work in their lives. Nor is this beer for the common man. This beer is for the working man who has arrived. If your work boots are steel toed, come back when they are gold toed! 110K+OT is reserved for the hard working man with a taste for the finer things in life and the curiously structured salary that allows him to obtain them. In fact if you are reading this you probably attended college and should just put this beer back on the shelf for a real man to buy. 110K+OT varies from year to year, but will always be a brash style-bending brew that pairs well with sweat, clenched knuckles and over the top bravado. 110K+OT Batch #1 Der Rauch Gott is a corked and caged 750ml.

110K+ OT Batch #2 is an Imperial Stout dry hopped with Mt. Rainier hops and aged on toasted Spanish Cedar. I.R.I.S. stands for India Russian Imperial Stout and while this brew is still all stout right down to its hefty body, it is hopped a great deal more than our standard stout offerings. The extra punch of kettle hops balances the rich chocolate and malt notes and the Mt. Rainier dry hopping adds slight licorice notes while the cedar contributes to a moderately spicy, burnt and bitter finish. 11.4% ABV. Bottling run 87, 12 bottle cases. 110K+OT Batch #2 I.R.I.S. is a capped 750ml

Oasis Texas Brewing Company (OTXBC) and local service industry community forum In The Weeds recently collaborated to create a beer called $2.13 in appreciation for those in the service industry. 2.13 Pale Ale is our take on a shift beer, majorly sessionable but flavorful. We partnered with In The Weeds to honor the service industry workers of Austin and beyond. We created a hybrid of a pale ale and a kolsch, hopped with both spicy and subtle German hops and bold American hops. Here's to the service industry warriors! Bare Tree Weiss

This unique Barley Wine Style beer is brewed iwth 57% wheat, 43% barley, and German hops. We boil the 25.2 Plato wort for three hours. Then we start the fermentation with our Hefe Weizen yeast and finish it with a Scottish Ale yeast. Bare Tree is then oak aged for over one year before its release. The resulting product is extremely complex with flavors of caramel, melon, apricot, vanilla, oak, black pepper, and subtle banana. The flavors come in large part from the raw ingredients and this will vary from year to year. Bare Tree is ready to drink now, but like wine, will age in the bottle for the next several years. So, whether you decide to enjoy a bottle now or wait many years, the Two Brothers family offer a toast: 'With every bare tree lives the promise of a new life.' CHEERS. The 2002 vintage was aged in whisky and wine barrels. Each vintage is rated here. Seperate vintages do not differentiate in recipe but do in their barrel usage. Because of this and Brewers Intent without changing of names or labels and leaving no differentiation for the beer drinker, these are not seperate listings. If Two Brothers decides to specifically market these products based on their barrel type in the future, changes can be made.
