110K+ OT Batch #2 is an Imperial Stout dry hopped with Mt. Rainier hops and aged on toasted Spanish Cedar. I.R.I.S. stands for India Russian Imperial Stout and while this brew is still all stout right down to its hefty body, it is hopped a great deal more than our standard stout offerings. The extra punch of kettle hops balances the rich chocolate and malt notes and the Mt. Rainier dry hopping adds slight licorice notes while the cedar contributes to a moderately spicy, burnt and bitter finish. 11.4% ABV. Imperial porter aged in our very own maple syrup barrels.

This unique Barley Wine Style beer is brewed iwth 57% wheat, 43% barley, and German hops. We boil the 25.2 Plato wort for three hours. Then we start the fermentation with our Hefe Weizen yeast and finish it with a Scottish Ale yeast. Bare Tree is then oak aged for over one year before its release. The resulting product is extremely complex with flavors of caramel, melon, apricot, vanilla, oak, black pepper, and subtle banana. The flavors come in large part from the raw ingredients and this will vary from year to year. Bare Tree is ready to drink now, but like wine, will age in the bottle for the next several years. So, whether you decide to enjoy a bottle now or wait many years, the Two Brothers family offer a toast: 'With every bare tree lives the promise of a new life.' CHEERS. The 2002 vintage was aged in whisky and wine barrels. Each vintage is rated here. Seperate vintages do not differentiate in recipe but do in their barrel usage. Because of this and Brewers Intent without changing of names or labels and leaving no differentiation for the beer drinker, these are not seperate listings. If Two Brothers decides to specifically market these products based on their barrel type in the future, changes can be made.

Blot Out The Sun aged in Sauternes barrels

Big, bold, black and barrel aged. A length conditioning period in bourbon barrels creates a silky smooth chocolatey mouth feel enhanced by the use of oats and brown sugar. Noticeable sweetness gets balanced by roasted malt and hop bitterness. Additional flavors include bourbon, vanilla, and oak. 55 IBU
