Waiting for Anton: an homage to Vienna-style lager. Anton Dreher pioneered this crisp, malty style in 19th century Austria. He inherited his father's brewery at age 10, but spent 16 years traveling and learning before returning to run the brewery!

Formerly Stone Xocoveza For The Holidays & The New Year Our chocolaty, winter-spiced mocha stout is back. This insanely delicious take on Mexican hot chocolate is crafted with cocoa, coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. First brewed in 2014 with San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker after his recipe was named the winner of our annual homebrew competition, it quickly became a cross-country sensation as craft beer media and fans cheered for Stone Xocoveza…and clamored for more. We too loved this beer, so of course we caroled ¡Claro que sí! Now gifted with a new name, Stone Xocoveza for the Holidays & the New Year has joined our eminent lineup of special releases. We’re releasing it just in time for that time of the year when the joyous spirit of giving is in the air and good behavior is generously rewarded.

The Black Bunny is an “Old” style ale with a smokey nose and leaves a lovely coffee flavor on the back of the pallet. Originally brewed as a “home coming” for my fellow Brewer Nick Newey after he had spent 6 months working on the London Olympics. The Black Bunny became a regular on the home brew kit in my back yard. Using 4 different kinds of dark malts and, coffee and chocolate malts the Bunny bounces into its own. It has every thing any beer lover wants in a dark ale; a bacon nose, a soft chocolate front pallet and a coffee kick to finish with. The Black Bunny has an IBU of 30 and its ABV is 4.9%. As they say in the classics “once you have had a Black Bunny”.

The traditional witbier yeast provides a nice level of spice and clove that compliment the bursting flavor and aroma of cucumber and melon provided by 150 lbs of fresh cucumber. A perfect sessionable beer for the summer months.

Inspired by the crystal clear waters of the six Tillamook County rivers benefitting from the Salmon SuperHwy Project, Five Fin is a uniquely “West Coast” take on the classic Pilsner beer style. Crafted with a unique blend of Centennial and Sterling hops from the Pacific Northwest and Mandarina Bavaria hops from Germany, Five Fin marries the hop-driven flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and lemon zest with classic spicy, floral notes, all balanced against a toasty malt character.

The mercury climbs, the humidity oppresses, and the sun bakes. Our solution? HeatSlayer, a crisp, refreshing answer to the summer swelter.

ISSA IPA is our New England style IPA brewed with two varieties of wheat and hopped aggressively with Simcoe and Amarillo. Rich in citrus and tropical fruit notes from a massive dry hop, the wheat additions produce a full body that results in a highly drinkable IPA that is bright and hoppy without being abrasively bitter.
