This beer might be light in color but it's definitely flavour fuelled! We wanted to showcase tropical American hops in this XPA, and among them the new hop variety Idaho 7.

A golden, gluten-free ale made with sorghum, rice, and New Zealand Goldings hops. Auro is clean, very clear, light and refreshing, with full malty flavour and body.

Gose's are perfect for summer, quenching, tart, and drinkable. There is just one problem, its really hard to drink brews that light and get the desired drunken results. Well friends, worry no longer! This big imperial version of the gose will tick all those boxes! Slightly tart, a little salty, really drinkable, and just a hint of sweetness, this beer will give you a big kiss and trip you while you're not looking. Get out on the river, hike a bit, enjoy the weather and throw back some of these beasts, cause even if you don't remember it you won't regret it. And don't forget to drink promiscuously!

Encapsulating a classic Kiwi taste, this cider is made with local feijoas grown in one of NZ's best fruit growing areas. Fresh, zesty notes of pineapple guava and feijoa, balanced against a pure, soft apple cider background.

We wanted to a create a beer that takes you away to a hotel far from home. Sipping peacefully on a black coffee and orange juice during breakfast. Too far fetched? Well. The beer is a chocolaty stout infused with coffee beans and orange peel served on nitro. Coffee upfront and orange in the back that slowly builds with every sip

This German-style Doppelbock is a full bodied "meal in a glass" - a hearty lager perfect for the winter landscape. Malt forward flavors of bread and caramel dominate the subtle sweetness with a slight hint of chocolate in the finish. Pours a deep amber red with a full effervescent head. Prost!

Classy American Pale Ale - Mosaic hops feature strongly on the nose. Tastes of tropical fruits and Tangerines. A sweet malty base counterbalanced by the hop bitterness.

Our hop forward pale ale takes its name from the Field Way surf break. Field Way combines 4 different fruity New Zealand grown hop varieties to create complex aromas and flavours of sweet lemon, lime, and mandarin marmalade with a hint of the herb garden. To balance all this zesty hop character we use one of our favourite base malts, the Pale Ale Malt from the Malteurope Maltings at Marton in the Rangitikei and a dash of toffee tinged caramalt malt from the Bairds Maltings in Scotland. The result is a hoppy fruity yet well balanced pale ale that makes a perfect foil to a chilli oil laced pizza at Long Beach. Tasting Notes: Sweet lemon, lime, mandarin, herbal notes, and melon fruit aromas lead into a palate that balances zesty hops with toffee and biscuity malt flavours and a long dry finish.

Our Guava Mountain Gose is soured with a combination of Lactobacillus Strains, corriander seeds and Red Hawaiian Sea Salt. We then add real Pink Guava adding a tropical complexity to the tart and salt flavor profiles. Crisp and lively while still tart and balanced.

In 1700 the “Hatteras Witch” was tied to a tree, destined to be burnt alive. With a clap of thunder and a flash of lightning she disappeared leaving only her name, Cora, scorched into the trunk of that tree. You can still see it today. A woman like that deserves a beer. This, our original red ale, is a blend of mild English hops, sweet Irish malts and roasted barely. Hatteras Red is a ruby session ale with a gentle hop bitterness, mild malt notes and a bewitching hint of roast.

Kemosabe Session IPA is a lower ABV well hopped craft beer, best enjoyed with friends!

Brewed with Pilsner, Munich and pale wheat malts and kettle soured with Lactobacillus brevis. Fermented with a clean US ale yeast and underwent secondary fermentation with tart and sweet cherry purees.
