A juicy and tropical IPA exploding with notes of pineapple and dank citrus. A blend of Denali, Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, and El Dorado hops give this beer a whirlpool of flavors sure to send your taste buds on a ride while remaining approachable. Flavorwave pours a sunlit golden color with a respectable amount of natural haze.

This beer upholds the banana and clove character of a traditional German Hefeweizen while adding a unique twist. Trifecta is dry-hopped with Huell Melon, Meridian and Saphir hops which add notes of strawberry, kiwi, lime and Jasmin tea and give it a fruit smoothie-like impression.

Large quantities of malted oats and kettle additions of Mosaic and Simcoe hops get this cloudy beauty rolling, followed by an El Dorado double dry-hop. Tropical fruit notes are complemented by a hint of dankness.

Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations.

Vin Folie Grenache is a 100% wild fermented Farmhouse Ale Co-fermented with South Australian Grenache grapes. It was like doing ‘a ferment within a ferment’ and the result is a pink stained wild yeast focused ale that has juicy Grenache grape characters with a funky and raw mid-palate and very dry finish that blurs the lines between wine & beer. Refreshingly well-attenuated and juicy.

Our new Brut IPA juxtaposes a vibrant hop aroma with an effervescent mouthfeel, light body and minimal bitterness. It’s a perfect beer for warm summer months or any time you need some bubbly to celebrate with.

The real Oktoberfest beer… in truth, what is served in current times at the Oktoberfest is a more robust version of the original Münchner Helles, specifically brewed for the festival. The origins of the beer and the festival are interlinked and go back to 1810. On October 12, Crown Prince Ludwig, the future king of Bavaria, married Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen and decided to organize a large public festival. The event was such a success that it was decided to make it an annual occurrence.

Fill your tank and lubricate your mouth with Young Henrys’ rich, black Motorcycle Oil. A rich, black, hoppy beer roughly based on an American porter. The beer has been brewed with a generous amount of US centennial and AUS Cascade hops and then dry hopped with US Citra resulting in a slightly resinous beer with a light citrus character on the nose. The bitterness is moderate in this beer which complements a potent malt character of chocolate and roast aromas and a robust mouthfeel despite a surprisingly dry finish. Bright and complex citrus aromas leap from this light, hazy sour thanks to hundreds of pounds of tangerines, tangerine peel, and Citra hops. Light notes of strawberry, apricot and honey provide complexity to this fruity tangerine bomb.

Three specialty malts, three types of hops on the boil, three different types in the dry hop and three hop oils were used to create this IPA which proves we are VERY crazy about hops.

Packed to the brim with Galaxy, 007, and Mosaic hops this Double IPA is big, juicy, and completely satisfying. Notes of tropical fruit and pine are supported by a clean malt backbone.
