This is our tip of the hat to the hop heads amongst you. Although certainly not as hoppy as a typical west coast IPA, this uses several types of continental hops to give a hop bitterness that is firm but not harsh. It is light amber in color, with the earthy aromas of noble hops predominating. The mouthfeel is refreshing, with lively carbonation and a rich head. The light malt backbone gives a mild sweetness balanced by a healthy dose of European hops.

Really Big Dinner Party is an American Pale Lager. A light golden colored lager with a slight malt note. A small amount of rice flakes is used to create its clean, dry finish.

High West might not immediately ring a ton of bells outside the craft-distillery set: It’s a whiskey distillery out of Park City, Utah (the state's oldest legal distillery in the post-Prohibition era). High West's founder recently teamed up with Ballast Point for Western Standard. The barrel-aged lager is in the old-timey, pre-Prohibition style, one that takes the flavor of a nice crisp lager and kicks it up with oak, vanilla, and tobacco notes due to an extended bath in bourbon barrels.

A double IPA with a dangerously close to stupid amount of hops and a strength to match. It’s far too easy to drink thanks to all the delicious fruity flavours provided by the Citra and Centennial dry hopping. Amounts of Banana is a To Øl summer release for 2018, a fruit packed version of the original. It’s banana heaven, made for the laziest of summer days. Sip with caution unless you can handle your exotic hop explosions with ease.
