This hazy IPA is named after Maryland's state dinosaur, the Astrodon. Somehow life finds a way of convincing us to brew a core IPA. So hold onto your butts because this IPA has been double dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Vic Secret.

What do Swedes love almost as much as a juicy double IPAs? Apparently, David Hasselhoff as JC learned during his summer visit to Stockholm. Photos of The Hoff were plastered throughout the brewery for the collaboration brew, which invoked powerful memories of JC's 'favorite' Hoff photo... one where he is strategically "covered" in puppies. After sharing this photo with the Omnipollo crew, everyone immediately agreed this would be name of the Double IPA we were brewing. Initially brewed and released as a draft only beer in Sweden, Covered in Puppies has now arrived stateside! The label design was inspired by Karl & Kevin's favorite artist when they were kids: MC Escher. Karl and Kevin were able to fully realize the inspiration from Escher and meld that with the respective styles of each brewery. A nose of tropical fruit and bubble gum take the lead with and woody resin undertones. Palate is juicy with flavors of creamy pineapple and freshly baked bread, wrapping it up with a soft -as-a-puppy bitterness.

Our city was under attack. Bland, tasteless, mass-produced lager infiltrating every supermarket shelf. Then shone a ray of light: Everyday Hero swooped in to save his hometown. Combining drinkability with a balanced attack of citrus, floral hops and a solid honey malt backbone. No longer will our town be subjected to flavourless conglomerates, thanks to Everyday Hero.

This beer was brewed with all German malt and a lager yeast brought direct to the US from Munich.

This Bavarian inspired bier was brewed with Munich malt for a big bready flavor with a touch of sweetness and German noble hops for a traditional spice character. Prost!

Triple New England Style IPA

Take the coastal road out East with this classic unfiltered IPA. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra, it delivers juicy tropical and citrus fruit character. Zesty lime sits alongside pithy orange, while pungent myrcene is balanced with ripe blackcurrant. Oats and wheat lay down a velvet texture beneath the juicy sweetness and subtle bitterness.

An IPA built upon our fourth-anniversary beer, showcasing Simcoe, Citra, and Denali hops. a tribute to Jensen Bissell's service as director of Baxter state park for 30 years.

Inspired by an English Mild.

Sour Inc Apple Rhubarb Gose is kettle soured with in-house grown lactic culture. Apple and rhubarb are blended to bring the sweet and sour, then lightly salted to attain the light and crisp gose style.

Barrel-Aged Sour + Blending + Time The epitome of our sour beer blending program, taking the very best barrels from our library and blending beer that’s been aged for over 3 years for a truly Gueuze-inspired beer. This summer blend is very light and spritzy with bundles of juicy fruit character from the old fruited barrels and funky yeast strains. This beautifully balances the sour punch occurring from both fermentation and maturation developing in barrel. The beauty of this years blend comes from 3 barrels that amalgamate together to bring a unique brilliance to The Blend 2018. Barrel 293: named ‘the fruit mongler’, is a single barrel blend of last years blend 17, with a touch of aged Wild Goose Chase and the lees of a barrel of Redwood. Barrel 319: a white wine barrel aptly named ‘Finger Crusher’ that held a year old Sourdough that has aged to perfection. Barrel 453: A Bordeaux red wine barrel first used to age a Modus blend for Beyond Modus 3.

This sour dry hopped fruited ale is a blend of two beers we brewed with our friend Tom, from Big Island Brewhaus. We blended 25% of Best Lei’d with 75% of Plans and ended up with what we are calling, Best Lei’d Plans. Combining the cherry and grapefruit elements of one beer with the dry hopping regimen of the other. Leaving you with a tantalizing hop bouquet. Erupting with flavors of sweet lemony citrus, juicy grapefruit, Jolly Pumpkin funk, and hints of cherry skin.

Dry hopped with different hops every batch. We use exactly twice the amount of hops that are in our original Envie recipe.

Extra Circus comes across as not very bitter, but loaded with hoppy aroma & flavor - minimal body, with an extremely crisp, dry finish. Refreshing sparkling-wine elements in beer form!

Brewed with toasted pepitas, maple syrup, and chicory root, this Autumn Brown Ale will petrify the traditional pumpkin brew.

The next installment of our “Adulting Series,” Modest Savings delivers uncompromising fluffy softness and a beautiful melding of hops and yeast esters. Citrus, stone fruit, and a surprising floral character from the combination of Mosaic and El Dorado and a full mouthfeel from a blend of flaked grains and Proximity Pale Ale malt. Modest Savings finishes extremely clean and light, one of our proudest IPAs we have made in terms of texture and softness.

Sarah is the perfect combination of sweet and sass - the soft florality of ripe fruit, and the zesty twangs that give raspberries and cranberries their lasting impact - a blend of tart, acidic berries with premium quality honey. She is at once complex yet approachable, multi-faceted and integrated. She can hang out with a good book after dinner on her own, or she plays well with others, including roasted poultry, cheese courses and spinach salads.

We pushed the complex and citrus-heavy flavors of hops to a new level with this orange-infused IPA. Combining bright and bold hops with real orange in the fermenter creates layers of citrus-crazy flavors, yet it maintains a balance and a crisp hop bite that make it the perfect aromatic IPA.
