Because everyone needs a friend. It seems only natural that with San Diego being one of the closest cities to the Mexican Border that you would find a beer like Amigo. Brewed in the San Diego Lager style, this all malt lager is a refreshing way to start or finish a drinking session. The product of a true lager fermentation, this beer is crisp and lighter in body than most ales of similar strength making it a friendly choice for any occasion. Malts- Pilsner and Two Row Hops- German Magnum and Czech Saaz Yeast- White Labs German Lager Original Gravity- 1.048 Terminal Gravity- 1.010 5.0% ABV Draft- Available in Southern California and Arizona

This is our interpretation of Amigos Británicos - a beer originally brewed in Vermont to celebrate years of brewing friendships forged in the UK. Together with our former Head Brewer Ryan (under his own new guise of Casita Cervecería) and Logan from Beavertown, we devised this adventurous ale with lime, honey and fresh Santa Fe Grande chilli peppers. Here’s to nights that become the stuff of legends and friends, wherever you may find them!

As soon as you smell it you will know this is one decadent porter. The rich aroma is from the healthy dose of Chocolate malt, blended with Pale, Crystal and Wheat malts. Bramling Cross hops add fruitiness and earthiness to the beer, which is fermented with an English yeast.

Belgian Imperial Stout w/Coconut, Cocoa Nibs & Cherries.

'Amra' (Sanskrit for Mango) intertwines the citrusy hop characters of a west coast-style IPA with the fruitiness of juicy mangos, resulting in an elaborate and psychedelic tapestry of flavors that were absolutely destined for each other in this beer.

A traditional dutch oat beer. Unfiltered, deep gold, medium bodied, with toasty, bready and biscuity notes balanced with stone fruit and a low hop profile.

Amun(aka the hidden one) is a collaboration with our dear friends at Omnipollo. Amun was dreamt up by Henok of Omnipollo and our head brewer Matt. They then brewed the first batch in Sweden. This is the US version of this awesome collab. Amun is an 8% DIPA brewed with a bunch of oat milk. Hopped intensely with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson. This beer is insanely soft. One of the most drinkable DIPAs we've ever been a part of. The artwork from Karl Grandin is just insane too!

Wild Sours series including: Amuse Rhubarb, Amuse Apricot and Amuse Gooseberry These beers are inspired by the traditional Lambic beers of Belgium, with our own Wild spin on them. Think of throwing ripe fruit against a dry stone wall on a hot summer’s day and deeply inhaling. It’s zesty and pithy, with grapefruit and orange peel and a wraparound fullness. A grapefruit zing in the glass, some acidity and a farmyard earthiness. The Amuse has been aged in wonderful Burgundy Chardonnay barrels, the acidity of the beer not disimilar to that of the wine that was previously aged in them.

In the times before modern industry, the cold, shorter days of the approaching winter directly affected the character of a breweries beer. For our third batch of beer we let the cooler temperatures influence the brewing process. The result was a remarkable variation on Mystic Saison. The hops are brighter, the drinkability fantastic, and balance of flavors intriguing. Because of this venture into old ways of brewing (and the distinct differences they create), we called this beer "An Dreoilin" after an ancient druid festival of the winter solstice.

An Ri Red is our Irish Festival Red ale. The Irish Red is built on a pale ale backbone with some crystal malt as well as some roasted barley to add rich toffee flavors and color to the beer. An Ri Ra translates roughly to "A Ruckus", so we hope you'll enjoy our "Red Ruckus".

A Düsseldorf-style Altbier, “alt” is German for old, referring to the style of brewing predating lager brewing in Germany. Medium bodied with an upfront bitterness that leads to a toasted malt finish

A unique ale brewed with honey and fresh lavender flowers. Hints of lavender in the aroma and finish, but never overbearing. Lavender is associated with the Anahata, or heart, chakra and has for ages been thought to bring luck in love and is tied to the Kalpavriksha, or wish fulfilling tree.

Anaheim Bockbier is a classic golden colored Maibock, with an alcohol content of 8% abv. This lager is full-bodied, but finishes clean, with a slight floral note. Despite its strength, Anaheim Bockbier is smooth and drinkable.

Anaheim Gold is a clear, deep golden color ale with a light body that goes down easy. This beer is well-balanced with a slightly sweet finish. Anaheim Gold uses a unique ingredient, Gambrinus Honey Malt, known in Europe as "brumalt." Honey Malt is like no other malted barley we use. It is rich in simple sugars as a result of a germination and kilning cycle that is different than typical crystal malt production.

Anaheim Red is a full-bodied ale with a smooth finish. This is a malty beer, with a noticeable caramel character and subtle roastiness.
