The second Brewers’ Select Series will continue to feature new beers which will don the names of constellations – Andromeda is the first! Andromeda is an amber ale with a pronounced and complex malt profile (notes of coffee, bread and roasted grains )at 4.7% ABV with 27 IBU. As with all of our Brewers’ Select beers, Andromeda will have extremely limited production. Draft will be available at select restaurants and bars. 12oz bottles will be made available starting Friday, May 3rd, 2013 exclusively at the Visitors Center!

A single hopped pale ale featuring Australian Galaxy hops, which features flavors of peach, orange, and freshly cut grass.

Hoppy, citrusy, with notes of passion fruit and other tropical fruits. An East Coast style India Pale Ale that is smooth and well balanced, with an intense hop aroma and an emphasis on hop taste, combined with a moderate bitterness.

Medium bodied European Brown Ale with nutty, earthy flavors and a clean finish. The story begins with roasted brown, caramel malts and ends with a European hop profile. Not designed to be a session ale, but a brew to complement Pete's favorite donuts, Boston Cream.

Our version of a Belgian style Pale Ale. Brewed with pale, crystal and munich malts and a touch of flaked barley and then spiced with a light touch of Saaz hops. This beer is then fermented with a Belgian yeast strain from the A Chouffe brewery in the Ardennes region. Light burnished bronze in color with an accent on malt sweetness and a focus on fruit flavors from the yeasts fermentation.

We aged our regular version of Mango IPA for four months in Mezcal Barrels before adding 5 pounds of dry hopping to rejuvenate the nose. This complex beer is the best of both worlds: Hoppy and Barrel Aged.

A wood barrel-aged sour ale.

Wonderful refreshing Belgian style blond ale that has a smooth and slightly dry finish. It features a solid gold color with a creamy white head with solid retention leaving behind the signature Belgian lace. The aroma leans sweet with light spicy, fruity and perfumy like esters. It has a medium body with a mouth filling bubbly sensation and malty sweetness rolling over to a light hop flavor. This beer pairs well with a full range of foods like chicken, salads and fish but can pull double duty with bolder flavors from barbecue, meaty stews, steak, smoked ribs and even spicy Cajun cuisine. A portion of sales go to support the Beer Army Vigilant Guardian Foundation.

Angie’s Pumpkin Ale was made with the season’s first sugar pumpkins – we used 75 pounds of pumpkin in the boil! The beer was finished with a slight twist on the spices: a unique blend of Garam Masala spices was toasted and allowed to rest in the ale for several days.

Dark and delightful, this is an easy-drinking brew. Once a seasonal favorite now we brew it all the time as part of our variety case. Brewed with five different malts and three different hops, then pitched with Bavarian lager yeast.

Anglers Pale Ale is the quintessential Northwest American Style Pale Ale. Copper in color with distinctive hoppy notes and malty influences, Anglers Pale Ale is well balanced and refreshing. To drink Anglers Pale Ale is to toast those who cast the line and understand the lure of the chase. Anglers Pale Ale is a celebration of all great story tellers, whether the tales spun are of fishing or not, and to those who seek places of beauty and solitude. It's about the day's catch as well as the journey. Carpe Diem! Tasting Notes: Toasted malt flavors balanced with cascade hops. Hints of citrus and pine. Lingering finish of caramel and hops. Anglers is a versatile beer, and pairs well with pizza, chicken, and mexican food. Or, try it with cheeses such as cheddar, parmesan, and romano.

Church Street introduces our well-balanced, golden copper colored ESB. Caramel and Crystal malts start this delicious brew off as mellow with a pronounced malt character. We then use dry hops to give a balanced bitterness at the end for a taste that is simply smooth.
