Full Tilt Brewing’s BERGER COOKIE CHOCOLATE STOUT is brewed with Baltimore’s legendary dessert. This Sweet Stout starts with grist of 2-Row Pale, Crystal 85L, Carapils, Chocolate Malt, and Chocolate Wheat. The Berger Cookie character begins by adding actual Berger Cookies and lactose to the boil with Nugget and Tettnang hops for balance. Cacao Nibs are added during secondary fermentation enhancing aroma. Finally, vanilla is introduced in the brite tank rounding off Full Tilt’s homage to DeBaufre Bakery. “Anytime is a good time, with Berger Cookies”... and Full Tilt!

The special worth-giving factor with the Pilsner is the noble hop-bitter, those the beer a pleasant feinherben taste mediate. Brewed after the German purity requirement of 1516 - with natural raw materials beer connoisseurs the Unerschied taste exclusive: "Feinherber Bergquell Pilsgenuss"

Pale straw in color with a brilliant white lacy head, this Unfiltered German wheat beer is an ultra-drinkable, balanced, and effervescent brew for the summer season. A special German yeast strain exhibits notes of banana and clove; while low hop bitterness and a medium body round out this delicious brew.

An annual favorite, our Berkelium Blackberry Porter is brewed with a robust blend of chocolate, caramel and pale malts as well as 35 pounds of flavorful marionberries. It is a full-bodied porter with flavors of chocolate, coffee and blackberries. A bittersweet dark chocolate cordial in a glass!

A classic Belgian Saison brewed using Brasserie Dupont yeast, and fermented at traditionally stratospheric temperatures - reaching 98F during primary fermentation! As an ironic nod to the Massachusetts ABCC's recent attempt to force farm brewers to use mainly MA-grown ingredients, the beer uses pilsner and wheat malts from nearby Valley Malts of Hadley, MA, as well as local unmalted wheat and spelt. The result is a quenching, complex, and aromatic light amber beer with a deceptively high ABV.

Berliner Kendall is an homage to Berliner Kindl, an excellent example of a Berliner Weiss, a beer style which is typically only brewed in Berlin, Germany. It is a very light, refreshingly tart wheat beer that uses some unusual brewing techniques

Berliner Weisse brewed in a traditional way without boiling and fermented with a cocktail of yeasts, brettanomyces and lactobacilli. Cold hopped with German hoppers Huëll Melon. THERE IS NO MELON IN THIS BEER!

The flavor of this beer is predominantly tart similar to lemonade, with some apple flavor. The finish might remind you of grapefruit for its mouth puckering ability, but it will be a dry, refreshing drink. Our version is a little stronger than traditional examples, but it will still be enjoyable and refreshing for hot summer days.
