Belgian strong ale with the good old taste from when all the farms used to brew their own beer. A dark strong ale, well balanced and full of malty and fruity flavours. We make living beer, not pasteurised nor filtered.

The Beta IPA series allows our brewers to collaborate and innovate. This line of experimental IPA’s will feature new and exciting hops and ingredients. This is the second beer in that series — Beta 2.0. Beta 2.0 was brewed with Falconer’s Flight & Galaxy Hops. This is the first time we’ve used these hops together. Falconer’s Flight was featured in our Shoptalk IIPA collaboration with the Widmer Brothers while Galaxy was featured in Trophy earlier in 2016. We loved both of those beers and decided to see what magic could happen if we combined the two. So, what happened? Beta 2.0. This beer is overflowing with tropical hop goodness. Falconer’s Flight & Galaxy hops impart notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Brewed with pale and wheat malts for a crisp and dry finish, try Beta 2.0 while you can, Beta 3.o isn’t far behind it! The fourth in our Experimental IPA series, Beta 4.0 is a drier, more sessionable take on the American IPA style. Floral notes in the aroma (from the Centennial) are prominent, while the flavor is more reminiscent of bright citrus. Bitterness is appropriate for style, and does not linger on the tongue.

Blend of roasted malts, oats for smoothness, chocolate malt with a dry finish.

THIS STRONG ALE underwent two years of maturation post fermentation, inoculated with numerous brett, lacto and pedio souring organisms. We then added blueberries to round out the unique complexity of this brew. Absolutely not to be missed.

Brewed in the style of a Northern English Brown Ale and named in honor of General Manager Bryan's mom, Betsy's Mountain holds a summer sunset from the north face of Mt. Rainier in its clear amber light. With a smoky nose and a complex finish, Betsy's Mountain is the complete package. Much like the woman herself.

Better Brown Ale. This refined American-style ale showcases chocolate and toasted malt flavors. A mild, earthy dry-hop nose leads to a crisp finish that is approachable for all palates.

A Northwest Red Ale with pale, crystal and a touch of wheat. Bittered with Warrior Hops and finished with lots of the delicious Amarillo Hops to make this a well balanced beer. O.G. 14.2 plato (1.057) FG 4.4 plato 1.017

A refreshing ale brewed in the traditional Kolsch style. This is an easy drinking classic more flavorful that a typical blonde. Perfect for the dog days of summer.

Betty Stogs is an award-winning, copper-coloured bitter brewed since 1997 using Cornish water; whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops; Cornish malted barley and wheat; and Skinner’s unique yeast. TASTE NOTES Copper-coloured, with a light malty aroma, a floral, even cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit, this is an ale that has the strength of character to take on tasty dishes like stews, hard cheeses and meat-packed pasties.

Our front porch sipping cider sports aromas of apple and strawberry. This palate friendly cider with notes of hard strawberry candy and sweet apple is a definite crowd pleaser.

Hallertau Blanc single-hopped Imperial Pilsner.

Our pale ale has a rich, complex, refreshing flavour with a crisp dry finish. It contains Magnum and Cascade hops to create a flavour reminiscent of North American style ales. Brewed using traditional methods, Beyond contains only water, malted two-row barley, hops and yeast with no artificial fillers, colours, or preservatives. It is cold filtered to give a clear, ruby red colour with 4.4%ABV. Food Pairings: Beyond is a gregarious young fella’ who likes to head out for food with friends, especially if it's spicy! With more hops than a rabbit being lamped, he's the perfect partner for Indian, Chinese or Mexican cuisine. He considers himself a pacifist - always taking the heat out of any situation.

We took our American Stout, Black, and made it stronger. If that wasn't enough, we then dry hopped it with a whole bunch of Simcoe to give it a hop punch in the finish. This is not your usual rich, boozy, imperial stout, but rather a smooth chocolately imperial stout with a big pine, citrus finish.

A study in blending. After an initial period of ageing, with wild yeasts, we blend a batch of Modus Operandi, we then age this blend for a further 4 months in some exceptional Burgundy red wine barrels, hand-picked to be the perfect vessels for this beer. As this is 'Beyond Modus' we blend in a couple of select beers from our barrel library. We think these add extra character, depth and complexity to the blend, to make it the finest barrel-aged beer we have achieved so far. We expect this beer to age very well for a number of years.

This Belgian Tripel was aged a full year in wild oak barrels with 3 Fonteinen yeast to summon a delectable, fruity sweetness followed by a dry, funky finish. Go Beyond the Ouija to say hello to this old friend, for the table is rumbling, the glass is moving, no I was not pushing that time…it spells T.R.I.P.E.L.
