A rich, dark and malty ale with plenty of roasted barley flavor. Blackbird has a silky smooth oatmeal finish. It is one of our NEW flagship's and is now available year round.

Generous amounts of roasted Chocolate and Crystal malts meet Cascade and Magnum hops, rounding out a flavor profile best described as dark, roasty, and delicious. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each bottle of Blackbird Porter are donated to the Land Trust for Santa Barbara for a beer you can feel good about drinking.

Combining our award winning brewing techniques along side the deliciously fresh ingredients we are known for, we bring you four new rotating “special” brews available on draft, with two of them also available in bottles throughout our distribution footprint. Fuller-bodied oatmeal stout, malty sweet with a balanced bitterness and a distinct, dark roasted malt flavor and aroma.

Hints of chocolate and coffee accent this rich and creamy brew. Blackcat’s smooth approachable flavor demonstrates that dark beers can be enjoyed by all. Our traditional Porter features five select specialty malts, English Ale yeast and fresh Northwest hops. Blackcat is clean and crisp, yet complex and flavorful. A superbly balanced beer that is drinkable any time of the year.

Big, bold & black IPA! Subtle notes from caramel & chocolate malts give way to citrus & pine from the west coast hops to make THAT delicious complex brew!

This nearly opaque Black IPA (aka Cascadian Dark Ale) has toasted caramel & roasted malt nose, with notes of pine and citrus. As you begin to sip this highly drinkable ale, the Centennial and Citra dry-hopped character will come shining through, balancing the subtle roasted coffee flavor.

Inspired by old-world brewing methods, this bewitching all-malt brew is a darkly rich, exotic lager, crafted with a touch of magical New Orleans spirit.

This is our first barrel aged series release. The blend is 67% Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout aged in 1st use Dry Fly Distillery triticale whiskey barrels for 4 months, and 33% Wrecking Ball aged in 2nd use wheat whiskey barrels for 7 months. The triticale barrels will give a delicious spicey, bready, whiskey flavor with hints of oak, vanilla, and toffee-like sweetness. The 2nd use barrels impart heavy brown sugar and molasses-like sweetness accented by woody, coconut flavors. This will balance this whiskey bite wonderfully.

A full bodied black I.P.A. brewed with pale and mild roasted malts and a citrus hop blend. A well balanced roasty-sweet backbone and a smooth finish with a floral, citric hoppiness.

Blackfooted Porter is deliciously deceptive. This dark brown beer with distinctively porter-like qualities, also has a lighter side. We use a high percentage of malted wheat in the recipe to lighten the body and make this dark gem deliciously drinkable.

This strong specialty stout is brewed in the tradition of English milk stouts—but without the lactose for our vegan friends. It is smooth, creamy, and complex with a mellow roasted coffee bitterness on the palate well-balanced by a semi-sweet chocolate finish. It carries a full body and rich mouthfeel without the bitterness of the Irish stouts.

This special Anniversary cider celebrates our 22 years of making ACE ciders in Sebastopol, CA. We’ve taken the local Gravenstein apple, fermented it to 9% ABV, and then aged it in oak chardonnay barrels. Only a limited number of bottles of Black Jack 21 have been made.

Our Oatmeal stout is a wonderful surprise. It's very smooth, not heavy and has a full coffee chocolate-like flavor. We serve this beer under nitrogen from our nitro taps to ensure that cap of thick creamy foam.

Bold and dark as a power-less metropolis, our Russian Imperial Stout commemorates the infamous 2003 blackout that briefly left some 55 million people utterly unplugged.
