An ale of enlightenment created to aid in deciphering the puzzles along life's road, and to interpret signs in the voyages of the spirit. Blind Faith is an extremely well-balanced India Pale Ale with a crisp, refreshing hop bitterness and a deep malt body to match.

Blind Salamander Pale Ale is the first of a series of Rahr beers called Rare Breed. These beers are dedicated to improving the lot of endangered Texas species. Rahr is making donations from these proceeds to the Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation to help with the recovery of these species. The Texas Blind Salamander is a rare cave-dwelling troglobite amphibian native to San Marcos, specifically the San Marcos Pool in the Edwards Aquifer. It has bright red external gills for absorbing oxygen from the water. Its mature length is 5 cm and its diet varies by what flows into its cave, including shrimp, snails and amphipods.

Blind Tiger is easily the hoppiest beer we’ve ever brewed. A massively aromatic blend of hops deliver resinous citrus fruit flavors, with the bitterness cranked well over 100 IBUs. With an absurd addition of over 10 pounds of hops per barrel—including Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial—and clocking in at over 9% ABV, Blind Tiger explodes with flavors of freshly cut melon, citrus peel, and ripe passionfruit. We encourage you to grab this beer while its fresh.

Fresh hops were added to the barrel and the alcohol was bolstered to ensure the beer went the distance on the high seas. Bling, is a huge beer, with all the bells and whistles. This ale is armed to the teeth with hops and studded with 24 carrot modified malts. At Bridge Road we’ve gone all out to make an IPA that screams hops and malt but still keeps balance in mind. Try matching this beer it with anything spicy or enjoy this malt and hop mouth full on its own. We love it, and hope you can too.

All Day IPA aged for 5 months in BLiS Blast hot sauce barrels.

Made from honey, blackcurrants, blueberries, black raspberries, the blackcurrants dominate the flavor; some describe this mead as something similar to a big, bad chardonnay. The flavor is bold enough to pair with any meal, or to be enjoyed own its own with dark chocolates or with a cheese plate. This mead is semi-sweet, with a tart fruit note from the currants, while leaving plenty of room for the honey and the other fruits in the background.

Here at BrewDog, we love the hidden tracks; the unexpected discoveries. The B-Sides. Take our 10HL pilot kit. It is the place our brewers let those imaginations fly and lay down unpredictable, creative tracks. Our brew team use it to dial in our small-scale experimental brews, each then finding its way to our bars as a draught-only special release. However, we felt the naming convention used previously – Pilot Brew XXX – didn't fully reflected the ingenuity displayed by our brewers. To depict this a little better we now release each pilot brew as a bona fide B-Side; alongside our production-batch launches that take place at our bars, you’ll be able to discover a flip side in the form of one of our B-Side releases. Bottle Conditioned Imperial Saison When this unconventional holiday beer won gold last year at the Canadian Brewing Awards, we decided to make it a seasonal tradition. The 2012 version resembled a Christmas orange, with additions of toasted clove, tangerine zest, and kafir lime leaf – this year we’re doing something a bit different… Though it beholds no actual hallucinogenic properties, we do hope the 2013 version will give you visions of sugar plums dancing in your head. This tart and fruity brew boasts a one third sour mash foundation with the addition of fresh blue plums and lemon zest.

A strong, fruity, belgian-style trippel 8.5% alc./vol. Our aptly named Christmas Ale is based on the strong beers traditionally brewed by Belgium's trappist monasteries. Trippel is typically at least 8% alc./vol. and has a light golden colour. Because of its high strength this beer has an intensely fruity palate. Up front it has a honeyish sweetness but the finish is dry and champagne-like. Most weary Christmas shoppers would be well advised to benefit from the warmth and 'ho-ho-ho factor' that only a beer of the Biltzen's calibre can provide.

German IPA. Pale and Pilsner malts teamed up with six varieties of German Hops

With the amount of IPAs brewed here in the States you’d think that there’s only one way to skin a cat. While the West Coast style has long dominated the style, there’s a world of IPAs you should explore, and Blitzkrieg Hops DIPA wouldn’t be a bad start. Blitzkrieg is a big, 9% ABV, juicy, earthy hopped English-style double IPA brewed entirely with English malts, hops, and fermented with an English ale yeast strain. Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt, and hopped with Admiral, Pilgrim, Phoenix, and Target hops; all big, juicy, high alpha English hops that we thought needed a lil’ love, each of which is over 10% alpha acid. Blitzkrieg Hops DIPA is our homage to the birthplace of the IPA as well as the band that inspired its name.
