Stouts have typically been a staple beverage in the UK. There are many variations of stouts available. You can find dry stouts, milk stouts, Imperial stouts, American stouts, and even stouts made with oats. At the Church Brew Works we have crafted delicious Toasted Oatmeal Stout. The oats were blended with the best barley malt we have ââ?¬â?? and we didnââ?¬â?¢t stop there. To give this beer a wonderful roasted flavor, we added unmalted, very darkly roasted barley. The roasted barley is mixed with a generous portion of chocolate colored malt giving the Blast Furnace Stout a beautiful ruby hue. We used our finest hops unsparingly to create a delicately balanced bitterness with a rich roastiness and fresh hop aroma. The Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops were added with heavy hands at two different times. This unbridled addition grants a full hop flavor to our heavenly drink. A typical oatmeal stout is a bit lower in alcohol than most other stouts as does the Blast Furnace Stout. Ours, though not typical, does have a welcome medium body. As you drink this beer, notice the rich, creamy brown head. Drink it slowly and savor the flavors. We donââ?¬â?¢t think you will be disappointed. Beer is not just for breakfast anymore.

Brewed exclusively with premium European Pilsner malt and a blend of Vanguard and Sterling hops, this pilsner is crisp on the palate with malt sufficient to bolster the hops. Finishes clean with appropriate bitterness.

Vivid hop aromas, citrus, and tropical fruits meld with pine and spice. A touch of malt sweetness finishing with a smooth yet crisp bitterness. This is our marriage of classic American hop flavors with the fruity, spicy nature of our yeast. Honoring the tradition of a Saison, while exploring the spirit of the American IPA, this farmhouse IPA blazes its own path.

This beer was brewed with some of the finest ingredients in the world including cacao nibs from Equador and Ghana and Indonesian civet coffee. Civet coffee or "kopi luwak" is one of the rarest and most exquisite coffees in the world. We used only wild harvested civet coffee. Full bodied with exquisitre mild chocolate flavors and exotic coffee notes, we hope you enjoy our Imperial version of our Hotbox brown ale.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, we're releasing this amber ale brewed with COCOA and VANILLA and inspired by the Southern classic, RED VELVET cake. Bleeding Heart is the perfect balance of MALTY sweet and just enough hops to BALANCE it out. Like it’s inspirational dish, the cocoa is there for color and bitterness more than flavor, and the vanilla is the icing on top rounding out each sip, coming just at the end of your taste.

This is our take on a Northern English Style Brown Ale. It is light brown in color, medium-bodied, and has a rich malt-forward, sweet flavor.

The "Blimey" contains pure key lime and fresh lemongrass.

An intense citrus, pine and tropical aroma are followed by a smooth medium full mouth feel. First brewed in early 2014, BLIMEY THAT’S BITTER has become a loved brew! Using ludicrous amounts of hops – about 6lbs per barrel – we focus on hop flavor and aroma,with 90% of these hop additional are in the last 10 minutes of the boil and late.

A dark amber colored ale with a fair amount of pacific northwest hops give this style bender a unique flavor profile. With a modest ABV of 5.2% and a medium body Blind Date can give amber ale, brown ale or even IPA drinkers a new experience. The aroma is balanced between piney, earthy hops and rich chocolate and caramel malts and the flavor continues with more of the same and finishes with a malty taste and almost no hop bitterness.
