Non filtered, non pasteurised beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. A spirited and spicy blonde with a full-mouthed malty taste and a light scent of flowers.

A fresh, light thirst-quenching summer beer. The top-fermented ale is flavored with hops flowers and lime. Enjoy it as a summer drink on the terrace.

An American Pale Ale brewed with blood orange puree. Out is kettle hopped with Australian Topaz and German Mandarina Bavaria, then dry hopped with Mandarina along with Simcoe. It pours bright gold with a fluffy white head, with aromas of citrus and Pilsner malt. Well balanced, the fruit and hops meld together to present a beautifully drinkable beer. An initially full palate gives way to a bright, bone dry finish with a wine like acidity.

A big, bold and boozy Russian Imperial Stout featuring notes of bitter chocolate, vanilla and caramel.

This limited edition of Blood Lust is an imperial stout aged on coffee beans and cacao nibs. All the flavors meld together to creat a truly unique beer. The coffee beans and cacao nibs intensify the rich vanilla flavors found in the rum casks. This stout was created in our farmhouse brewery with our artisan well water and refermented in rum casks for 15 months.

Brewed on the same morning as the astrological phenomenon, Blood Moon is a collaboration beer brewed with Tom Peters of the famous Monk’s Café in Philadelphia, PA. Tom brews from time to time with some of the best brewers in the world and has been a long-time friend and supporter of Sam and Dogfish Head, so when he approached us to brew a special beer we were happy to oblige. Blood Moon is a smokey strong ale brewed with a touch of special Fuji Apple Wood smoked malt as well as some rye, and a kiss of molasses to lighten the body while adding complexity to the flavor. Brewed with several European and American hop varieties for just enough bitterness to balance out the malt, Blood Moon has many nuances that change with each sip as the beer warms. This beer is a divine pairing with any of our Woodgrilled offerings, the smoked malt acting as a perfect complement to the charred notes of our burgers and Steak.

Blood the Cherry was one of our first sours that we did regularly. Made with cherries from Door county. This sour comes in as a extremely cherry tart treat. Blood of the Cherry was first made in 2014. Made from a single barrel with cherries, however as we've gotten better at making sours, we started to do blends more. Blood of the Cherry now comes in as one of the best cherry sours out there.

Ka-Pow! All the flavor. We took our Great White Buffalo and supersized the flavor with the sweet juice of blood oranges for this draft only release. Easily drinkable & straight to the point. Sweet citrus notes compliment the soft malt-backbone.

Copious additions of blood orange during fermentation impart tangy citrus notes and a slight sweetness to compliment the salinity and tartness typically found in a Gose style.
