BridgePort worked with a number of Portland area coffee roasters to formulate its own blend specific to CAFÉ NEGRO that was then infused with the base beer during cold conditioning. The cold conditioning process helps retain subtle coffee aromas otherwise lost during boil and fermentation. CAFÉ NEGRO is brewed with the strong dark flavors of roasted barley and chocolate malt.

Aged in large oak casks and refermented in the bottle, Calabaza Blanca is a Belgian Beire Blanche. Spiced with orange peel and corriander, you'll find it refreshingly tart, with a wonderfully dry finish.

The Steam Beer (also known as California Common) classic beers were associated with the city of San Francisco and the Bay Area at the time of the Gold Rush. These beers are brewed with bottom-fermented yeast but because of breweries were lacking refrigeration equipment to cool the wort during fermentation, the yeast working at much higher temperatures than usual giving rise to unusual fruity scents for a regular lager. Beers like these, with some exceptions, are practically disappeared while the only beers that do not seem to know the IPA crisis, now however become an excessive and monotematica research on hops. I also adore the IPA, but I can't help but notice that in the world of Craft Beers there is excessive and is called monothematic research on hops, skips a little while everything else; as if simple beers but without an arrogant character of exotic hops are definitely forgettable. Hence the desire to produce a beer from very simple recipe: pilsner malt (with a minimum percentage of corn to make the body more smoothly), German hops and lager yeast Select Spalter fermented at high temperatures. A simple, gentle and unabashedly deliberately against trend compared to fads.

Well balanced, medium-bodied, with a deep amber-red color, this beer's complex palate covers all the bases. A malty caramel sweetness is followed by notes of chocolate and a dry, slightly roasty finish, complemented by a touch of fruity, spicy hops.

The "Toad" is a German style pilsner with an American twist. We combine Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts with U.S. hop variants and finish the process by dry-hopping the fermenting wort. This brew will appeal to light beer and lager fans.

Krystall (pronounced like KRIS-tal) is a blend of two Western Canadian crops, Saskatchewan malted wheat and Saskatchewan malted barley. "The combination of the wheat and barley provides a really unique flavour profile," says Michael Micovcin, President and CEO. What separates Krystall Wheat beer from others is filtration. Great Western filters this wheat beer. "Most wheat beers are unfiltered so they tend to be cloudy, with remnants from some of the raw materials that haven’t been filtered out," explains Micovcin. "Krystall is crystal clear!""

This beautiful, golden-copper American Pale Ale uses North American malts and hops for the perfect balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness with a classic American hop aroma and flavor. Most American Pale Ales are made with more hops than their British counterparts and this beer follows suit. We ferment this using an American Ale yeast and dry hop it with American hops for extra aroma. In fact, this beer is actually hopped 5 times before it is ready to drink. We use European crystal malts for body, color and a subtle “malty” aroma that mingles with the citrus notes from the American hops. Together, the combination creates hints of lemon, orange and peach in the nose with a smooth malt flavor and crisp, clean finish.
