Our version of a classic ESB, but with the addtion of rye. Very caramel-y and bittered with American versions of English hop varieties

An amber coloured beer, with plenty of citrus flavours, to help put a spring in your step at Easter.

Dark in color, but approachable in taste. Chocolate, crystal and roasted malts are the backbone of this malty brew. While not specially tasting of oats, their addition imparts a silky smoothness that helps to clear the palate. Don’t be afraid of the dark.

A single malt, single hop Belgian-style pale ale brewed with pilsner malt and Hallertauer Blanc hops. Floral, with flavored of white wine grapes and citrus.

A smooth and refreshing premium quality American-style pilsner. Burger Classic is full-flavored yet light-bodied lager brewed with select American 6-row pale and black malts along with Chinook, Nugget and Liberty hops. Naturally carbonated by using traditional Krausening methods. A regional favorite in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Belgian style Christmas Ale aged in Bugundy Nine Barrels. Over the river and through the wood to this rich, complex Belgian-Style holiday brew. Intricate aromas and flavors of sweet dark malt, dark fruit, raisins, figs, anise and spicy phenols. This beer will sting the toes and bite the nose, but no worries, the horse knows the way. YEAST: Propriety Blend HOPS: Vanguard, Mt. Hood MALT: Pilsner, Pale, Aromatic, Melanoidin, Crystal 80, Crystal 90, Oats KARMA: Dark Candi Sugar, Secret Spice.

Burial at Sea is a collaborative project between head brewer's Jeff Hancock of DC Brau and Stephen Jones of Oliver Ales in Baltimore, MD. Mild ales are traditionally referred to as "session ales" known for their low alcohol content which is around 3.2 - 4.0%. Despite their low alcohol content, Milds are just as flavorful as beers with a higher ABV. In crafting this beer we used only the finest malt's and hop's from England. Burial at Sea starts with a great malty nose boasting aromas of milk chocolate and biscuity sweetness. The beer has a medium mouthfeel that drinks with a soft, mineral smoothness and just enough hops to counter the chewy malt character. Fermented with a clean American yeast that lets the oats, barley and hops dominate and take center stage. This beer is dedicated to the brave souls who made the pilgrimage from the old world to the new and the souls whom never saw the shores of the new world on the horizon.

Our first brew is back by popular demand. This is a light, clean tasting beer with a medium hop finish. For those of you who like domestic beer, this ale is a good first step towards more full-flavored hand-crafted beers. A perfect quencher for lite fare and warm summer days.

A throwback to the ways Porter used to be made. The grain is smoked over a special blend of fruit woods to give the beer a unique taste not found in other Porters. Enjoy this with a thick New York Strip and you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven.

Pale, crystal, and chocolate sweet malts intermingle with tasty rolled, slightly smoked oats to deliver a delicious and mildly creamy brown ale.

Double India Brown Ale. To celebrate Charlotte Craft Beer Week, we have collaborated on a beer with Mac’s Speed Shop. Both Mac’s & the tap room will debut Burnout at 4:00 pm. In the tap room, once the keg is finished, we will infuse Midnight Madness with whole leaf Centennial & Amarillo hops.
